Every staff memeber we met was super nice and understanding. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we understood what was going on and why certain tests/treatments needed to be done. We were only in the ER waiting room for a few minutes before we were taken back (based on priority of patient needs). The ER was remarkably clean considering how many children/families pass through. We were admitted to the hospital and again every staff member was fantastic. They made awesome accommodations for breastfeeding mommas as well as making their system work around our cloth diapers and even offering a washer and dryer should we need to wash diapers during our stay. They made it easy to just focus on our son and trust that they were doing everything they could. We will definitely go back to the FT Worth location should the need arise in the future. We brought our son to Cook Children's twice over the last week! EVERYONE we came in contact with was respectful, nice, compassionate, caring and wonderful! We were blessed to walk right into the ER and not have to wait long to be put into an ER room! The doctors and nurses were all AMAZING! Especially Dr. Catherine Moore who came up with a treatment plan for our son and he walked out of the hospital pain free and steady on his feet. It was incredible! We are grateful for all those that were involved with getting our son better! We couldn't have asked for better treatment! (a month ago)

I absolutely love this place! I am so thankful for every single person that helped us. Dr Hamner, the amazing nurses, specially nurse Kendall, the people at the front desk and valet parking, every single person we came in contact with went above and beyond to help us and make the experience less stressful. Thank you Cook Children's and every one who works here, you guys are amazing! (in the last week)

I absolutely love this place. Have had to be there a few times with my disabled child and have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Dodson Outpatient has the best nurses ever. (a week ago)

I also have a message from the dentist that did the dental surgery on my son. His name is DR TA. He blamed the hospital with having dirty tools and saying Anastasia is the one that made my son aspirate. I wish I could post the picture on here. I don’t believe any tools were dirty but if I could get this to the right person. I don’t think they would want him do anymore surgery’s at this hospital after the accusations he has said about this place. Truth be told he is the one that caused my son to aspirate. Never did he return my calls, nor check up on my son like all the other doctors did while he was on life support. This guy should be out of working on teeth period. He is employed through pediatric denistry of Colleyville. DO NOT LET HIM NEAR Your child. (3 weeks ago)
