Cook Children's has been amazing for my family. From the moment the teddy bear team came to get him after delivery, to the 2 weeks we stayed at the hospital and every to every visit we continue to have we've always felt well taken care of. All the staff have been super friendly and very informative. I never feel like I'm bothering them by asking questions, and I always leave with a number I can call if I have more questions/concerns. I love the mychart system the have so that I'm able to track all of my sons visits/test/treatments online and can even schedule appointments or send his various doctors questions. I don't know where we'd be without cook's. (2 weeks ago)

Every staff memeber we met was super nice and understanding. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we understood what was going on and why certain tests/treatments needed to be done. We were only in the ER waiting room for a few minutes before we were taken back (based on priority of patient needs). The ER was remarkably clean considering how many children/families pass through. We were admitted to the hospital and again every staff member was fantastic. They made awesome accommodations for breastfeeding mommas as well as making their system work around our cloth diapers and even offering a washer and dryer should we need to wash diapers during our stay. They made it easy to just focus on our son and trust that they were doing everything they could. We will definitely go back to the FT Worth location should the need arise in the future. We brought our son to Cook Children's twice over the last week! EVERYONE we came in contact with was respectful, nice, compassionate, caring and wonderful! We were blessed to walk right into the ER and not have to wait long to be put into an ER room! The doctors and nurses were all AMAZING! Especially Dr. Catherine Moore who came up with a treatment plan for our son and he walked out of the hospital pain free and steady on his feet. It was incredible! We are grateful for all those that were involved with getting our son better! We couldn't have asked for better treatment! (3 months ago)

If I could give zero stars, I would! All this hospital cares about is money money money and nothing else. I have a child who needs a few procedures done to get a full diagnosis for her plan of care. I was told how much it would all cost I tell them I can afford a few thousand of the price and if I could please do the rest on a payment plan. I was basically told no and to apply and see if a charity would pay. I don’t have time to keep changing hospitals and starting over with my daughters care, it’s not fair to have her suffer like that. I can’t believe a children’s hospital would treat little ones like this, how dare y’all! Also, getting anyone to return phone calls or messages is near impossible! I can’t believe how this hospital plays around with a child’s health! When my daughter does get these needed procedures done, if it’s a diagnosis that could have been avoided earlier this hospital will hear from our team! This little girls story is trending online with tons of caring people cheering and praying for her! You are disgusting Cook Children’s Hospital for making her suffer daily because all you care about is the money and not the child! (a week ago)

I love this hospital. They go above and beyond to show love and support not only to patients but the family as well. They are God's heart. From the medical staff, to food court workers, valet staff and other businesses located inside the hospital. Just AWESOME!!!!!! God bless them all. I would like to say a special Thank you to Dr. Karen Albritton in Hemotology. She is still helping my son and she has never given up on him on finding ways to help him battle cancer. (4 weeks ago)
