Location and Directions

I just had surgery at Conway Medical Center and had a very good experience with the staff who were treating me. I have had more than 15 major hospitalizations over the years and was extremely pleased with the care that was provided by the nurses and their aides during my stay. In the future if I required help I would definitely use Conway Medical Center as my hospital. (a week ago)

We have been here many times and have always found the staff to be friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this hospital. (a week ago)

Took my girlfriend to the ER 4 times. She was trying to come off her pain meds and was extremely sick. Sent her home each time. 4th time she was admitted. Stayed 5 days. Had 2 different doctors. The first doctor put her back on her pain meds. After 2 days, another dr comes in and takes her off her pain meds. 2 days later 1st doctor comes back in and puts her back on her pain meds and sends her home. We will never go back to this hospital! The room was small and they were doing construction. Imagine being sick with a bad headache and having to hear banging all day. The nurses were nice (in the last week)

Went in for a concussion with + loss of conciousness, blood pressure was 143/82 (which was documented but they NEVER informed me). The only reason I found out about the latter was because I vieed my medical record the next day. The doctor barely laid a hand on me, and while I did leave the ER rather quickly, I felt like there was a huge deficit in care. $2,000 hospital bill for what? A CT scan and sitting on the bed? No thank you! Go somewhere else, at least you'll have a thorough evaluation. (a month ago)

Don't you ever believe the "CROOKS" at billing department, they will make payment arrangements and after you pay they will send you more bills that they said was not included on the arrangement, even know they are dated before the agreement, and if you don't pay they will report your credit. Shame on you CMC! (3 weeks ago)
