A family member stayed here for 6 days after a major accident. Their staff is incompetent and lackadaisical at best. There was no sense of urgency for life threatening situations. I asked for a cup of ice water for a patient and was assured by a nurse that he would be bringing it soon. Looked into the nurses area several minutes later and he was throwing a pillow around with another nurse. Shocked to see a doctor pick his butt all the way inside his pants and walk away like nothing happened. Hope he washed his hands. The doctor had to tell the nurses how to do things properly atleast 6 times, and twice they did not plug tubes back in the right way and forgot. Dirty and worn out facilities. In the cafeteria where there are regular people visiting patients eating, and the doctors all wear their used and dirty lab coats inside the cafeteria, and when I made a comment about it privately to family members, one of the doctors at the table near us made a snarky comment back. We had to remind staff to bring needed items and even about procedures that were supposed to be done. Would not recommend this hospital at all. (a month ago)

I have had both my children at this hospital and in the past it was so-so. My mother was recently admitted for emergency bypass surgery and I cannot say enough good things about this place now! They have really stepped it up. From their remodeling, to spacious rooms, and the staff really caring and helpful. During the 5 hour surgery I was kept informed the entire time on her progress and the staff in the Critical Care Unit was simply amazing. She is now receiving her rehab care at their inpatient facility and we couldn't be happier at the progress she is making. Shout out to Dr. C.C. Hutton for literally saving my mom's life! This place is on its way to making 5 stars in my book ;) (3 months ago)

I came in with major abdominal pains and when we checked in at the front desk, we waited for 2 hours for these people to get me into a room. Heck, it was an emergency situation and y'all didn't even bother to check to see what was the problem!! I honestly do not recommend this hospital for emergencies. (2 weeks ago)

I went to the ER at about 2:30am with abdominal pains and throwing up and other symptoms. My wife had to tap the glass where a nurse was sitting at check in just to get his attention from his cell phone. After she tapped the glass he looked up and went back to looking at his phone. She then asked if she could check me in and all he did was tell her to come around the side door, so she did, and he proceeded to say “I need the patient too!” In a rude tone. After I got to my room my nurse was asking me basic questions while another nurse and her were asking each other if they were on the “go home early list.” Then my nurse began to say “if I don’t go home early I’ll stay here and get paid to do nothing!” Then my doctor came in and asked me a list of questions faster than I could answer them and pushed on my stomach really hard repetitively and then asked me more questions with his back to me as he was leaving the room. I’ll never go here again. Worst experience of my life. This is why I hate hospitals. They are all a joke. (2 months ago)

Pretty neat. Came here for a sleep study, guy was really friendly and nice. Would like if maintenance would clean the rooms more because there was a-lot of dust on the machines and shelves. (a month ago)
