Truly excellent doctors. But terrible patient services processes and systems. Costs are higher than average, with no visibility. Annual physical and routine blood work will bill for $820 (2017). (a month ago)

Dr. Paugh is amazing! I'm 21 years old, and his skill at tonsil removal will help me in the future now that it's done. :) (2 months ago)

Competent people WORK here. They care VERY MUCH about the people who visit. Both ensuring that they are left without questions about the reasons for their visit and what's discussed is fully understood. (2 months ago)

I was referred to a gastroenterologist by my primary care physician, the first of which prescribed me a medication without ever talking to me after a colonoscopy for a week and a half. The medication is known to make people psychotic and I'm a schizophrenic, but the doctor had no clue and didn't care. I couldn't even get him to call me back until I visited again with my primary care provider and they called him- then he finally called me. Then they passed me off to a nurse because the doctors were all too busy who didn't do anything but put me on another steroid on which my condition deteriorated further. They finally gave me another doctor and another round of tests and finally the doctor told me he didn't know what to do and had no plan for my course of care. I finally walked out of the appointment, and said you think about it and you call me when you do. He never called. I finally called the office and asked just for a regular 10 day course of broad spectrum antibiotics- but they won't prescribe it to me because Dr. Smith doesn't feel comfortable doing it and it might cause more problems. But after 9 months of trying to get medical help for this problem, I sure would like to do something. I called and asked if he had any other course of care for me, and now the assistant insists that its all my fault since I walked out and they won't prescribe anything and then keeps hanging up on me on the phone when I try to get any help. My primary care physician's nurses also keep hanging up on me and won't make an appointment so I could try to get those antibiotics that the specialist doctor doesn't want to be responsible for and passed it off to a lower doctor. But I can't ever do that. RUDE people who don't know how to deal with a schizophrenic whom they have SENT INTO CRISIS. Yesterday I was also escorted by their security guards at the hospital for complaining about a $2,500 bill for birth control (I'm disabled and can't even be seen at Planned Parenthood so I had no choice) and telling them they need to inform disabled people that they are responsible for all of their reproductive health care costs and exactly how much they will be up front. Horrible- and 9 months later I still haven't gotten any help for my stomach problems, and now they refuse to help me. At all. They just keep hanging up the phone on me and if I went down there they would probably call security again. I'm going back to Columbia Valley Community Health where I've never been treated so poorly and they can take my concerns and problems seriously. (3 months ago)

Nice waiting area. Especially the tables just outside in the lobby. Nice help at check in Wait can be long if more needy patients come in while you are waiting they go first. (4 months ago)
