They recently purchased our small town clinic here in Wakarusa. I had a blood test that costs $545 at Labcorp and received an invoice for $2,000! I have called and talked to their billing department several times and keep getting the run around. They eventually asked me to leave a voicemail for the administrator and of course he never called back either. I have never left a bad review on Google, Amazon, Facebook, ANYWHERE, because I believe in giving people grace but this has gone too far. A complete lack of care, zero accountability, and now not even the common courtesy of a callback, only a letter today threatening to turn me into collections even though I was promised this wouldn’t happen while we “worked to resolve the issue”. Our favorite hospital. Staff members and medical experts are friendly, courteous, and prompt-and listen to patient requests and wishes for treatment options. There are a great group of professionals here from check-in to ER, OB, etc. We have had three babies arrive into the world here with Dr. McClaid, and we recommend it over larger hospital options in South Bend. They took such good care of my dad during a tough time, and I can't state how much of a relief that was. (a month ago)

The staff was very caring and concerned, and LISTENED to the concerns and desires of the patient. After many ER flops for an ongoing issue, we greatly appreciate the care and consideration shown to us. (a month ago)

Great some country hospital with very competent doctors! (a week ago)
