I did not appreciate the nurse practitioner Mavis Feist. We just moved to town and I needed to transfer to a new doctor. The receptionist I talked to, made me an appointment with Mavis Feist. After briefly speaking with Mrs. Feist, she had the audacity to ask me WHY I had Multiple Sclerosis! And with absolutely no reason accused me of being a drug addict/ selling my medications because I told her I needed refills on my light pain medication I take for Degenerative Disc Disease that causes my neck bones to grind together! I tried to explain and reason with her but she refused to take the time to listen and simply wanted me out of the office. This was utmost uncalled for, as I have never had an issue before with my doctors nor my medications. Her attitude was callous and just an overall horrifying experience for a young new patient to be met with when seeing a new doctor. I cried my eyes out in the parking lot after leaving. Apparently only old people have diseases and their office “doesn’t serve people like me.” It’s probably time to retire when you have no humanity left and end up treating patients like this without cause. Please rethink using Mavis Feist!! (a week ago)

Took my Mom to the ER when she was having breathing issues. The care was excellent, and the ER doctor went to great lengths to see that Mother got excellent care. My only complaint was the bill...when I got the bill, there was no itemized billing, it was just a total. It took awhile, but we worked all that out. (a year ago)

The clinic is sometimes completely busy . The staff usually patient. (a year ago)

My husband was in an accident on July 2, 2013, and was taken to the Comanche County Medical Center. I found the staff to be very pleasant and kind. They even recommended a place for us to grab a late lunch as the cafeteria was already closed. I wasn't present while my husband was being treated, but he had nothing but nice things to say about the staff. The only thing I wish they would have done was provide him with a crutch so he could get around once we left (sprained ankle), but I think they were being cost considerate. I can't say enough thanks! They treat you like family. This rural hospital offers care that matches any big city hospital with the personal touch. Love the atmosphere and the staff. (4 years ago)
