This place is awful. They treat you poorly, STEAL your stuff and blame it on you. Leave you starving and cold! AWFUL!!! HATE IT (3 weeks ago)

I was in here requesting medical records and both the lady in admissions and the lady in records were surprisingly very nice. During my psychiatric episodes several years back it was a whole different story. There are much better detox facilities & even psych wards out there. They need to reopen the emergency room and turn it back into a community hospital otherwise Hoag and Kaiser will put it out of business. On the other hand, the hospital itself is about on par with West Anaheim Medical Center (10 months ago)

They provided 2 phone number to call, but both lines are busy the whole time! What happens in a life and death situation, when i have to get a hold on my relative.IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! When i am calling them back in a nice manner, a rude b×#&@ answers the phone, with a baaad attitude and (accent)....really thats the least thing, what ppl need, when their loved ones are in a hospital. I mean 1.9 stars says a LOT about a hospital. Do yourself a favor and medicate yourself and your loved one somewhere else. (6 months ago)

I was admitted to the adolescent psych ward and it was decent. Could have been better if it wasn't attached to the adult ward. (7 months ago)

Seriously these hospitals do not deserve any stars. I would be on board with a petition and report to help close College hospitals down seriously. The hospital in Cerritos is a Horrible horrible place. Also such an insurance scam and ripoff, staff is totally negligent and deceiving and damaging..tells their patients not to tell anyone when something bad happens to them in there. My son was choked, they denied it ever happened of course, but it did. It is so poorly run..it's like a very sick California joke. If you truly care about helping your loved one DO NOT PLACE THEM, OR ALLOW THEM TO BE TAKEN TO A COLLEGE HOSPITAL. YOU WILL REGRET IT! (a year ago)
