Love it! (everyone will have differing experiences just cause that's the mere reality of Life and it's ups and downs and so forth....wishing the very Best for all who choose Clovis Community Hospital!) Above Amazing! Thank u Staff! And all the amazing NICU nurses (too many to mention) and delivery room staff for being super Awesome the entire time! I feel humbled and privileged to have my daughter born here and am grateful that she was blessed with such good and loving hands to take care of her while she matures and grew in the NICU! Good Job a Thousand thumbs up! πŸ™‚ Keep up the good work and extra power to all u night shifters and day shifters equally to stay alert and awake :) πŸ™‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜³πŸ€— (3 weeks ago)

Feb. 2016 my son was transferred via ambulance to Clovis Community ER. He was having severe head pain, the worst I've ever observed. They told the ambulance to put him in a chair in the waiting room. We sat there for 6 hours totally neglected. Finally, his pain was so bad, that I demanded someone look at him. I literally thought he was dying (I'm also a nurse). They took him for a CT Scan and found out his brain was bleeding. Then it was suddenly an emergency in their eyes! They immediately transferred him downtown to CRMC where he had emergency surgery. I live right next door to this hospital but would never choose to be seen here after this experience. Very scary! (a month ago)

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I went in because I just moved here and hadn't been set up with a primary care doctor yet. I have degenerative disc disease and my left leg started going completely numb. Long story short, I went in and had the physician assistant in the ER talk to me like I was a drug addict. He was talking down to me, until I insisted that he look up my chart in Monterey county (which shows that I took myself off of pain medicine, of my own volition, after I had an epidural and physical therapy) and I asked him to order an MRI, since I knew my back had become worse. He finally ordered the MRI and, once he got the results, and proof that I have a legitimate issue, he stopped talking to me like a degenerate. It's sad that, because of the widespread abuse of medication, people like me are treated like addicts. It is unfair, embarrassing and demoralizing. I will never again wait 4 hours to be treated like something I'm not. I went there for help, not unfair judgement. This isn't the same hospital it was back in 2002, when I had my son. The labor and delivery people were great. The ER department, on the other hand, is a nightmare. They should drug test people when they come in, especially if they're there for a pain-related condition. I would have gladly submitted to one. Then, once they established that I'm not a drug addict, I may have had better treatment. (a week ago)

I’m at Clovis community, the hospital is great , My wife did a c section , good so far, day shift nurses are great, but we had a problem with the night nurses, we called the nurse last night at 1:00am and said will be there in minutes and never came in, fine , we took care of what we needed to.Later at 440 am called again and said will be there shortly, wait and wait, called again 515am, the person who answered the call said she will let nurse know, finally!!!! Around 535 the nurse shows up. We understand she was busy with another patient who have done a c section, but someone has to come and see what other patient want , you can’t just let them wait for long time. (a month ago)

Got there at 8pm dizzy and weak, waited 4 hours for my concerns to be ignored by the "DR" that looked at me for 30 seconds and have a blood test ran for pregnancy (which would be impossible for me) without letting me know why they were taking blood in the first place. Was not let known what they were doing and still had to wait 2 hours after for the "results". Worst hospital, they don't care if you're sick or dying, they just want you out of their waiting room.
