Came to Citizens with chest pain, got seen right away. Very good service and quick diagnosis! Staff was wonderful and very welcoming! (3 months ago)

Nurses work hard to keep up with demand of patients needs. Very friendly and helpful professionals in all departments. (2 months ago)

Best Hospital around. Lost both my grandparents recently, but the health care professionals were always so helpful and kind during my families rough time. (a year ago)

This place is a power trip! Petrina the investigations officer lies for this hospital! My patients information was giving out and it wasn't just one thing to make the case EVERYTHING EVEN THE IRRELEVENT MATERIAL was given to someone and she lied to cover for why they gave out the info a power trip with money (a year ago)

First off I was in there tonight came in about 6:30 pm walked out at 9:30 pm I was instructed to go to the Emergency room by my Dr. For the Asian in my knees, because he could not treat the pain I was in with Norco this evening because it had not worked the night before. After the enormous wait I get a Young PA that says it is myfasical Pain and tells me to take 2 Norco and put me on steroids and an antiiflamatory shot. I tried to explain the pain was mostly when I tried to put my weight on my foot and hurt all the way down my tibuala. Now I am no Dr. But it seems to me if I am crying in pain and it has been getting worst since surgery in December and I am to the point of even the touch it hurts and that my Dr. Sent me in you might look for more than myfasical pain. And to double a pill that I explained made me hyper not sleepy and was not working to treat me with anti-inflamatories when there was no swelling present makes me wonder if I was in the right place. This young Pa was more concerned how much Norco I was takin g at home than the immediate problem. And by 61 I should know how I react to this Medicine having taken it a few times in my life time. This was a wick fix get me out after waiting so long. I feel short changed by the Hospital and especially This aJordan LaLonde PA. Now it is 11;25 Pm Knee is still hurting as Badly as it did at 6:30pm and my legs won't stop moving from the Norco and wide awake for who knows how many hours from now!!!! (a year ago)
