If I could give this place no stars I would. This was the worse hospital I have ever been to. When I was first admitted the first few hours were good. However, after that I felt like I was in a totally different hospital. The nurses were not as attentive, I was given medication without consenting to it via my IV even when I spoke to the head of the nurses and told her that I did not want the medication. The doctors don’t care about you. The doctors just keep giving more and more medications without trying to figure out the real issue and don’t see you as a real person. When I told the doctor I wasn’t going to get the surgery he immediately discharged me before my other results came back and didn’t care to answer my questions. I was discharged without being fully informed about my recent diagnosis and completely disappointed with the treatment of this place. If you want good caring doctors and staff DO NOT go to this hospital. (a month ago)

This place is Hell and probably worse! I don't know who's great idea was to allow all these garbage people work! Doesn't do anything or help the patients! The nurses are all from hell, "people if your trying to get better don't come to this place I beg you!!!!! I'm sorry to say but these stupid people who are in charge of this place come from hell and need to work in the street and along with these ghetto nurses. They don't do there job make them do there job not everyone else the nurses need to work. The hospital is just plain wrong!!! (a month ago)

Although I was unhappy when the hospital rescheduled my surgery, I will say that I had a wonderful experience the day of. The nurses were extremely attentive and friendly. They made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. (2 months ago)

I went to ER yesterday. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Personnel was were attentive; they took care of me very quickly and efficiently. The following morning I received a follow up call-they were checking how I was. Amazing! I never had any follow ups from other hospitals I dealt with. Keep up the good work! (4 months ago)

And so the saga continues. Yet ANOTHER bill from Chilton, over a year after this first fiasco. Even after having to get attorneys involved, they keep going. This company CANNOT be trusted, and if you ever end up using their services, I strongly suggest that you keep every piece of paper pertaining to it, or you could end up spending years trying to get them to get your account right. So this is a weird one. I visited the ER in January, and gave them my driver's license and insurance card. Because the names on my Driver's License didn't match the Insurance Card: Benjamin as opposed to Ben, they refused to process the bill. They will not bill my insurance under the name on my card. SO, I've had to hire an attorney and let them handle this issue because Chilton simply won't budge on this. The insurance company has been paying all the other bills resulting from this visit but because Chilton won't submit the bill... and now they're blaming me. (4 months ago)
