Visited San Antonio for a family vacation but my 1 yr old was not feeling well. Kept crying and having high fevers. Houston was a long way from home so my husband and I decided to take him here and from the moment we walked in we were treated very well. Our sons doctor ran all the rest to get answers to why our baby was with high fevers, not wanting to eat or drink and discomfort. She did blood work, urine sample check his ears for ear infections and even did a ultrasound on his tummy. Dr. Roberta and her student were awesome! Not to mention the nurse we had was the best we ever had to deal with our baby who’s vines are so thin and always have a hard time poking him to get it right. Not this time Nurse Andrea got it on the first try! She really amazed us with her work and patience with our son who is 1 and crying nonstop, she did her best to make him feel calm and safe. Being a parent and watching strangers stick needles and a urine catheter in your son is not something you like to see but Andrea made it less painful by doing EVERYTHING right on the first try and fast. I just want to say I’m so thankful for the doctors nurse and staff that night you all were AWESOME! God bless you all! (a week ago)

My daughter went there for pancreatitis, they let her go still in pain. So ended up having to bring her back just two days later and the pancreatitis sent her in a DKA she is type 1 diabetic by the way. then they proceeded to call CPS on me and tell CPS she needed to be resuscitated and that her A1c was a 12 and neither of those accusations were true. Even in their own medical records prove them to be false allegations! CPS did one visit, open and shut case within 30 days! Their on-call Pediatric endocrinologist Dr. Shah(not sure on spelling but she is a female) is rude, heartless, and very unprofessional! this is the worst Hospital ever!!! I do not recommend this hospital to anyone!!! please do yourself a favor and do not take your children here! Wish I could give them no stars!!! (in the last week)

Took my son & had a fever of 104 & just said it was viral didn't even check for infection didn't give him fluids or keep him over night due to him not waiting to eat and hight fever . Also doctor said if my baby gets seizures that there's nothing they can do ... Really wish y'all would of gave proper care to my 8 month baby I had to take care of him on my own with no antibiotics.. Please fix that problem (a week ago)

Just took my son to this hospital, sat about 4 hours to be told they had no idea what was wrong with him. Then on top of that had to pay for parking on time the hospital waisted. I would NOT recommend ANYONE take a child here it's a waist of time and you have to pay for parking on their time. (2 months ago)

Brought my son here to see cardiologist, everyone was very polite and friendly, it was an excellent visit, would definitely recommend this hospital to other parents (a week ago)
