Came here back in 2011 and received excellent care and treatment. Had a new visit with the dental staff here today to receive dentures. The nurse was so friendly I couldn't help but talk to her. Then the doctor came in and this guy was awesome. He answered all my questions about my dentures and left me feeling like I was in great hands. This facility has treated me better than any other doctor I've been to. I truly hope someone sees this and shares this with higher ups. Great service. (4 months ago)

I had surgery here yesterday & had to stay overnight. It was the best hospital stay I've ever experienced. The entire staff from my Dr to my nurse's were very attentive and extremely patient. They took the time to explain any questions I had, I never had to wait long for someone to answer my call light. Many times they just came in to check on me after surgery. Before surgery they made me feel so at ease because I was very nervous. Every single one of them deserve a pat on the back. I was very impressed. I didn't know hospital's like this even existed. Thank you to the whole staff from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Heather Dyson (3 months ago)

my sister was in the ER the other day for pains in her stomach the nurses in the ER was rude they couldn’t even find her after they got her back they had no clue where she could be they wasn’t any help we went to two nurses stations and neither one only reason we found her was a nurse was walking out of the room she was in ive been there for the dental and they are usually really good but th hospital isn’t they are very rude and in organized and when we saw the doctor she didn’t really seem she was very concerned to find out that she has gallstones she said “ everyone has gallstones “ i had my gallbladder taken out a few years ago and i didn’t have any stones they didn’t do anything for her they didn’t seem liked they even cared when she told us she basically told everyone in the hallway she didn’t come into the room she stood in the doorway and said it which she can get in trouble for we ended up driving an hour and half back home and the next day she went to the clinic in Little Axe and they explained what happened at the hospital they was so mad about how we was treated and they sent her to a hospital closer to where we live and now she is waiting to get in to get her gallbladder removed. This place is horrible i wouldn’t even send my own dog here . if i could give this place a lower star i would ... (2 weeks ago)

I am very impressed by the care I received went in for unexpected emergency surgery Doctors and Nurses explained everything and checked on me and my family often. I was there for three weeks and always felt like if I needed something someone was there. Food choices were great everything tasted homemade. Thank you all for the care I received. (4 months ago)

I've been here three times. This first was a consultation for getting my wisdom teeth removed. It went great. The second was the actual procedure. I had a panic attack after my gum was cut and told the dentist I didn't want to do it anymore. He said to the ladies in the room "give her the laughing gas." That didn't work as my nose was stuffed from crying from my panic attack. I told him I wanted my mom. He argued with me until he finally got my mother because he wasn't going near my mouth again without her in the room. They finally get her and she says to pull the one tooth, because they have to, and we left. That happened last year and now I'm terrified to go to any dentist. He was really nasty about me not wanting the rest pulled out. The third I feel was a complete waste of time. I drove an hour and a half for a consultation for surgery on my gallbladder. I get there and am called back within 45 mins. A lady walks me to the very back room where she didn't move anything out of the doorway so I had to squeeze by with my toddler. The nurse take my vitals and asks the normal questions and leaves. I wait not too much longer for the surgeon to come in to ask more questions. Everything I did with that lady could be been done over the phone. She didn't even shake my hand as I was leaving. It's really frustrating to drive that far to be weighed and have my blood pressure checked. I could've done that at my local clinic and then spoke to her on the phone about everything else or even video chat. Then I'm told that she's positive I need the surgery, but people walk around with gallstones all the time and to try a couple things and come back in a month. Why can't she just call and ask? Instead I might have to drive all the way back with my toddler to be weighed and get my pressure checked to talk to a surgeon that doesn't even lay a finger on you to make you feel better. You get what you pay for and I'm doing just that now, looking for a surgeon that I'll have to pay copays and stuff just so I can get medical treatment because I'm in constant pain. (a month ago)
