My visits as an outpatient have all been very positive. Short wait time, friendly staff, competent care with time for explanations and kind exchanges. Overall outstanding service. Two visits to the emergency room were certainly acceptable though not comparable to outpatient care. However, I've never been to an ER that was outstanding. Have to add that I have absolutely tolerance for long wait time and if I was really sick and in pain would hope for immediate assistance. Don't know if that would happen or not in ER. (4 weeks ago)

Terrible 'dotors.' He hadn't one clue as to what the hell he was doing. Went in with high amount of pain and I left in a high amount of pain. The only thing I want to pay them with is a summon for court. Hell, most of their nurses and docs should be in jail. I highly advise you stay away, even in life threating situations. (a week ago)

Went in for a colonoscopy and left with pnemonia. Had water coming out of both ends and woke up freezing in soaking wet pads. Don’t know where the water came from as I hadn’t had any fluids for over 18 hours...that’s right, my 10:45am procedure didn’t begin until 3:00pm! I never saw the doctor afterwards and the nurses suggested I might have had a reaction to the anesthesia. I called the head of the hospital and the doctor finally contacted me. He had no idea what happened to me but ordered blood test and chest X-ray because I was still coughing up fluid. He later advised that I had pnemonia caused by fluid in my lungs that didn’t belong there...ya think 🤔? If I could give “0” stars, I would! (in the last week)

In the past three years we’ve had to use this hospital several times. They have been great every time. Both the ER and the regular hospital staff were great. I believe their quick decision making saved our daughter’s life. (4 months ago)

I have used this hospital for almost 2 decades!!!! I'm not saying it's anywhere close to perfect for care but with that said they've saved my mom when she had pneumonia, two of my kids were born here, and I have rushed my kids their for staples a few times! About 9 times out of ten it's a great medical experience but I've had stiaght up bad experiences either way they try to always help at least from what I've seen!! (4 weeks ago)
