Apparently it is their company policy to escalate issues with mentally ill and not take their legitimate concerns seriously nor admit any fault of their own- sending out goons after them and running them off of the hospital grounds. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you are bleeding to death and have no other options, especially if someone is having a mental crisis. I personally think there is nothing worse for a person paranoid that the world is against them than having big armed goons dressed in black trying to herd you as if you were suddenly livestock, and not human at all. They obviously have no idea what they are doing and aren't concerned about their patients. They have also no record keeping skills either, so if you have any valuable medical information housed with these people, I would certainly retrieve a hard copy of it before it disappears. Went to ER because of left lower back pain. Doctor took a urine test and found blood. CT test was negative for kidney stones but was done without contrast. He diagnosed me with a back strain. I asked my doctor how is it possible to have blood in the urine and not have stones? He said "that's a good question" but never answered me. Medications given to me while in the ER were not listed on discharge paper work. I was prescribed the same muscle relaxer to take home that I was given in the ER; of which I told the nurse multiple times was not helping. (2 months ago)

CWH is simply the best hospital I have ever had to deal with. We just visited an in-patient who extolled their quality service. I, myself, recovered from a traumatic accident there and can confirm that they give the best care. How can I not be grateful? They saved my life. (a month ago)

Awful ER service, not only was I not treated properly for my condition, they caused immense pain and scarring that will cause future problems. The doctor I had admitted that they had not done many of these procedures and after two inscisions asked for help from a senior doctor who said to just keep trying and left the room. I had to go to an ER in Kirkland 48 hours later to have the issue resolved properly. They still feel they provided adequate care and I am being charged full price for their malpractice.
