You will do yourself a huge favor to avoid this ER if you don't have someone to wait there with you. Once they discover that you don't have anyone with you, they treat you like garbage and even send you out of the ER. The hospital itself has excellent Doctors but everything that is going on in the ER is a huge garbage (This includes the Doctors and Nurses over there). Makes me wonder if this is actually an ER or just some leeway to the MORGUE. Will ensure my family never has anything to do with this ER again (in the last week)

The woman at the ER desk tonight at 9:55 pm taking bp, temp and info was a little abrasive. Idk if she had a rough day or what but she should have more compassion if she's going to continue working with people. God bless her. I asked if I could go back with my boyfriend and she said "No. It's a small room" very shortly. She could have said "I'm sorry ma'am. It's a very small room, but he will be back soon or I will bring you back as soon as I can". That's how you should treat people. We are all humans with concerns and emotions. I'm only giving 3 stars because the 2 other times we have come here people were very nice. (3 weeks ago)

This is my second time coming here in one week. The first time ended with an inconclusive diagnosis but a prescription for codeine.... This time, nurses are joking around and yelling about being sleep deprived as I’m sitting in the waiting room in the fetal position for over an hour because they “don’t have any beds available” as other people who checked in after me are getting called back left and right. Then once I’m back home following my trip, they call me because they FORGOT to tell me they found a mass in my lungs.... I definitely won’t be back (2 weeks ago)

This hospital is absolutely horrible! When I had a compound fracture on my finger the desk receptionist expected me to wait. Luckily my trainer was with me and started yelling at her because my ligaments were popping out of my skin. I was able to get in surgery right after but it took about 5 minutes until they realized it was a serious matter. Then my boyfriend went to the hospital here because he was throwing up all day. His body was tingly and he felt his arm and leg go numb. They told him that he was severely dehydrated but only gave him a nausea pill and Gatorade and told him to go home. They did NOT give him an IV even though he was severely dehydrated. They also did NO test to see if his electrolyte were imbalanced. They did not HELP AT ALL! THIS HOSPITAL IS RIDICULOUS (2 months ago)

I was in the ER with mother-in-law after she fell. I was amazed how comfortable I felt with the staff. They tended to her quickly and answered questions I had w wn before I asked. They did so well at controlling her pain and transferred us to the floor in less than 1 hour. (a week ago)
