The care I received at my appointment was excellent. Not just good or great. It was excellent! I was very nervous going into this appointment. But, this amazing and professional staff explained every part of the appointment and the procedures. I am so grateful for this hospital in our community!!! (2 months ago)

I am a truck driver from Michigan. I had called them to let them know my situation, I was in a lot of pain. They were very understanding. They found parking for my semi truck and a security guard escorted me in to the emergency room. They went out of their way to get my pain under control and get me back on the road. I was very impressed by the care and the people. This was the best care facility I have ever been into in my whole life, and I am 47 years old. Thank you! (4 months ago)

My daughter brought her 2 1/2 month old to Stellis Urgent Care on a Sunday with congestion and labored breathing. They said to bring her back if it gets worse. My daughter was up all night with her, so I took the baby into the clinic (Stellis) on Monday. Her oxygen was low to mid 90's, and she was miserable. The pediatrician said that they don't nebulize, and sent us home with another, "if it gets worse, bring her back". We finally decided to take her to the ER (Centracare Health-Monticello) @ 10:30 on a Monday night. We were so afraid they would give us the, "let it run its course, if it gets worse...". The triage nurse saw her oxygen levels were low, and got the ER doctor and Respiratory doctor in there quickly. They took the situation seriously and tested her for influenza, RSV, and did a chest xray to check for pneumonia. She had RSV. They nebulized her, and she responded very well to that. She looked so much better after the nebulizer. The staff was so helpful and professional. We left with her at 12:30 (2 hours in an ER with a diagnosis, meds, and a baby who could breath so much better, is amazing). They gave us the option to keep her there overnight if we felt she needed it. We brought her home, she slept better. After a few more days she is happy and healthy again. I want to thank the staff for their help. They were caring and professional! -side note: I had 3 babies and 5 grandbabies born in this hospital. All were great experiences! Friendly, professional staff! (3 months ago)

This hospital has been terrible for years. My dad went to the hospital because of pains in his abdomen. He thought it was appendicitis. The doctor comes in and says, “I have good news and bad news. The good news is, it’s not appendicitis, the bad news is, it’s pancreatic cancer.” If you don’t know, that’s one of the most deadly types of cancer. My dad died 4 months later. Seriously, don’t go here. (5 months ago)

I visted the emergency room and got my appendix removed. The nurses and doctors went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole visit. (5 months ago)
