Location and Directions

It’s rare to get a good RN once your admitted. The nurses in emergency are amazing. There’s a serious lack of communication among the doctors and nurses. The call buttons may or may not work so it’s always best to physically go to the hall and let them know what you need. One of my IVs went bad and one nurse decided to just add fresh tape in hopes of it making a difference, two hours later my arm was swollen and red. After shift change I asked my new nurse and she took my IV out and assured me she would be back to replace it. Three hours pass by and I end up calling the charge nurse to take care of my IV since I needed my antibiotics, fluids and pain reducer. It took 3 nurses and a whole hour to get set up with my new IV. My veins were not cooperating so I was still appreciative with their patience. I personally will not be returning here. I do however wish them the best and hope they rid of the few that like to take the short cuts (3 weeks ago)

The absolute worst medical place to receive health care. I do not recommend you go there for any medical attention. The staff are rude and they do not know what they are doing. I took my husband there and it was only thanks to God he came out alive. These people do not care about you or your health. The nurses are horrible and they only care about what is in your pockets they just want your money. The ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL CENTER!!!!! Save your loved ones and do not go there folks!! My wife fell at home 2 am and hit her head on the tile floor. Lotsa blood. Ambulance called and she was taken to Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. Someone in a red scrubs took her to get an MRI or CT of her head (don't remember which one). Said it should take 15-20 min. One hour later staff arrived and said they couldn't get equipment to function. Later that day another staff personnel was able to get the equipment operational and found she had a brain bleed. She was transferred to Seton Williamson Hospital in Round Rock. We won't ever be going to Cedar Park Regional ER again. Sterling Hartman (3 months ago)

Had an Emergency Room visit back in Oct for what turned out to be a kidney stone. I was charged an exorbitant $14,000 for the visit, which included an unnecessary full body CT scan and only a few pain killers/IV bags (my insurance paid the bulk). It took the staff over 40 minutes to find a doctor and give me initial treatment (was in a lot of pain) and then it took them 5 darn hours to treat me. Aside from the poorly-staffed hospital and large medical bills, I was told by the hospital when I called a month later I had a $0 balance. I just received a bill for $150 6 months later they sent to the Collections agency. Come to find out, they had sent previous billing noticed to an address that wasn’t even mine and had ‘no record I called them’ back in Oct. The hospital refuses to negotiate or dismiss the charges and I will likely submit a claim of improper care and negligence as a result of the poor treatment, huge bill, and billing issues. Will never go here again. Avoid!!! (4 weeks ago)

I delivered my daughter here just over two months ago! Dr Collins is absolutely fantastic. The nurses in the maternity ward were very sweet, very attentive, and very knowledgeable. I was so uncomfortable and so embarrassed but each and every nurse I had over my four day stay made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. I had maybe four nurses as their shifts change every 12 hours, but I had a couple twice. I was less than thrilled with the way one of the pediatricians handled my situation (I don’t remember her name) but aside from that everyone was so great. Dr Monteiro was all call over the weekend from ARC and he was very awesome also. The director of the maternity ward came to ask me how my stay was on my last day. I felt as though my input was valued. (4 months ago)
