I have been highly impressed with the staff and the the cleanliness of the facility. EVERYONE has been helpful, kind and considerate when attending to my father. Top notch hospital! (a week ago)

In the same boat as Natasha, except that I went there for care for myself. $4600+ in billing for LOADS of inconclusive tests plus $1200+ in ER Dr fees! Would not work with me on any kind of payment plan I could afford. Kept being told to call a number that would "work with me" but the only way they would work with me was if I made less than $400 a month. Just got notice that I will be taken to court if I don't pay up now. Still don't have that kind of money available to pay out... not sure what I'm going to do, but I do know what I wont do, and that's go to Cedar Park Regional Medical Center... (2 weeks ago)

It’s rare to get a good RN once your admitted. The nurses in emergency are amazing. There’s a serious lack of communication among the doctors and nurses. The call buttons may or may not work so it’s always best to physically go to the hall and let them know what you need. One of my IVs went bad and one nurse decided to just add fresh tape in hopes of it making a difference, two hours later my arm was swollen and red. After shift change I asked my new nurse and she took my IV out and assured me she would be back to replace it. Three hours pass by and I end up calling the charge nurse to take care of my IV since I needed my antibiotics, fluids and pain reducer. It took 3 nurses and a whole hour to get set up with my new IV. My veins were not cooperating so I was still appreciative with their patience. I personally will not be returning here. I do however wish them the best and hope they rid of the few that like to take the short cuts (2 months ago)

Not willing to work out affordable payment arrangements. I have battled with this hospital after being charged 9k for an emergency visit. This place is such a mess. I have contested & contested, but they are atrocious to work with. This organization is horrible. Cedar Park, do not bother by replying: "we value you, please contact us regarding your account" If you had any decency, you would allow an affordable payment plan to be established NOT $348.87 per month. (in the last week)

Really bad emergency room experience on two separate occasions. Both times I was misdiagnosed. This hospital seems clean and empty (almost like a ghost town) and it’s quick to get in, and so close to my home but I will NEVER go there again. (in the last week)
