They treated me like gold! If there have been issues in the past they have been resolved. I highly recommend them. Thanks Emergency Room Team to include Sarah, Justin and Angela the RN on the floor. The orthopedic team brought in was outstanding. Troy ramrodded the actions promptly. I’m sorry I can’t remember the rest of the names. The Doctors were great. Thanks ALL. Very Respectfully - Steve and Mary Ross (2 months ago)

Every experience I have had with Cascade Valley Hospital has been positive and above average. The staff, from admitting to technicians, were caring and concerned about my comfort on each visit there. And lately there have been multiple visits. They were all professional and excelled at their jobs. It is my hospital and I'm so glad to have it a part of my community. A review of 5 stars for me! Exceptionally quick to get in, checked out, and helped. Very polite staff. Definitely felt well taken care of. They took the time to talk to us and explain what they thought, and they didn't hesitate to order the tests they saw necessary, or to prescribe effective treatment. First time in a long time that I've been to a hospital where I felt like they actually cared about their patients. (6 months ago)

Absoulty bad service they take a really long time the staff does not work properly osha violation. Nurse did not wear gloves when administering insulin through IV. (2 months ago)

Well, my dad is diabetic and was just seen for a badly infected wound on his foot today. His foot was swollen, scabbed, discolored, cracked, and oozing.. His skin is yellow in color, he was shivering, and his speech was slurred, and he cannot stand. Guess what!? He wasn't admitted. They gave him a prescription for antibiotics and sent him home!!! I truly hope that they know what they're doing. Update: My dad is currently lying in a hospital bed, unresponsive. I am wondering if he would be like this of they actually treated him weeks ago? I am so upset. I could lose my dad. Update: My dad passed away last night. (5 months ago)
