About 2 years ago my mother was instructed to go to the emergency room here by her doctor due to blood clots developing in her legs. She was seen in what I believed to be a reasonable manner as far as an emergency room goes. She was checked over in the emergency room and then she was admitted to the hospital. Turns out her blood clots were pretty severe and she was then admitted to the ICU to be given treatment. This all happened within what I believe again to be a reasonable time frame for a hospital. I'd say overall her doctors had a good bedside manner, I wasn't the biggest fan of the surgeon who took care of her, however I always imagined surgeons to be arrogant in a way. Despite what I thought of him, he got the job done to the best of his abilities, so that's what's most important, it's not as if I'm looking to be friends. I feel her nurses were attentive and caring, minus one minor event. Her hospital room was kept clean. So overall I believe we had a good experience with this Hospital. I understand that a lot of these reviews come from emergency room visits. And I understand that when we are having our worst medical moments and we rush to the hospital we have in our minds that we must be seen immediately. But the reality is the nurses and the doctors are going to prioritize what they believe to be life-threatening illnesses and injuries over other illnesses and injuries, such as vomiting. As uncomfortable as vomiting is it isn't going to be prioritized over somebody having chest pains. And it's incredibly unfortunate that people have to rely on emergency room visits to have regular Medical Care which is where we have an incredible issue here in America. Despite all this, I didn't rate them a 5 because I always believe that there is room for improvement. (a month ago)

This place is the worst! After waiting 6 hours on a cold gurney, I was ushered into a satellite area off the emergency room. They promised me a room. That was Thursday at 8pm. It's now Friday at 904pm, 24 hours later and they still have me down here in this holding area. I asked for pain medication and for a medication that treated me last time I was here, and they refused saying that I would have to wait for a morning consult with the doctor. Meanwhile, I'm waiting uncomfortable and in pain in a holding area where there are curtains between the patients and the nurses. The nurses are young and inexperienced and don't know a damn thing. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to a damn dog!!! (2 months ago)

I went to one of its branches in prosperity church road hospital for my leg cramps. They took 6 blood tests and all are normal they said. The doctor didn’t give me any medicine instead she asked me what urgent care doctor suggested me. And she added one more medicine to have which was causing all issues. I didn’t take that tablet at all. finally they charged me more than 1000$ after my insurance. I won’t recommend this hospital at all. She was not friendly to me. She didn’t listen what is the actual problem instead she just told what emergency care doctor asked me. I have no idea why they ran all the tests if I need to take other doctor’s medications. I am really upset. I am still having cramps everyday. I won’t recommend this hospital. (2 weeks ago)
