Location and Directions

This is a top notch hospital. The facility is beautiful. There’s a large cafeteria with a Starbucks. Many comfortable seating areas, free WiFi, free parking, and a gift shop. Staff is very professional and helpful. Doctors are accessible and informative. My mother has spent a lot of time here lately, so I’ve been visiting a lot. (in the last week)

This unit has the best Maternity ward. I had 3 of my children here and they are just lovely. The staff members are sweet caring wonderful people always making sure I'm comfortable and had wait I need. There is plenty of space for family visit and a pull down bed for one guest to sleep in. There is even a patio to sit and enjoy. The best part is the whirlpool tub. (3 months ago)

worst service ever, last night I went to this hospital with a very high blood pressure and my head was about to explode with a pain that was taking over my body, the wait time was more than 5 hours and only lady told me she waited 10 hours to be taken care of after 3 hours I couldn't stand the pain anymore and I told the nurse I was leaving and she said ok and took down my name off the list and walked away from me. I could be dying and I won't return to this hospital (4 weeks ago)

This is ridiculous. I took my husband with a back pain. We’ve been here for more than 5 hours and nothing. Finally, we left. What is the point to go to an ER ?, EMERGENCY, meaning? You need assistance fast, right ? , well, this Is not an ER, is wait there until you drop dead. I wish I could find a Hospital here that treats people with dignity and respect. (2 months ago)

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! My sister, Angela was sent from her neurologist straight to this zoo! She signed in as Angela Brown but her papers that were faxed over read Angela Brown-Gore. If you’re getting paid 50,000 a year or more; who can’t put those names together and the Birthdate, plus the address and see that they are the same person. I guess I should have told you that they said the long wait was because they were waiting on the papers. They’d been there!!!! I can not wait to see how long the papers had been there. That was one delay of care. We were waiting an waiting soooo long. From 11:30 until 8. Did I mention she was sent for a stroke? Then, there’s the discrimination (2 weeks ago)
