My neice and mother have received pitiful care in this hospital. My neice was sent home with a "virus" while her appendix was rupturing. Upon the second return, they learned it had not only ruptured, but gangrened. My mother was also sent away with a "virus" and yet remains in the hospital 10 days later with an unexplained cause of symptoms. She was not seen by a doctor for 28 hours. Use a different hospital. Please. (3 months ago)

Took a friend to the ER for an emergency and after a 3 hour wait while he was losing consciousness we were treated with complete and utter disrespect. They didn't even know how to do the billing for the visit. What a joke. (4 months ago)

A very nice, clean, and updated facility. Employees were very respectful to me. (3 months ago)

Nurse stone took awesome care of me. Super friendly attitude and made my day more enjoyable (7 months ago)

I am an ER nurse in Northern Virginia. My daughter is in college@ Radford. She went to the emergency room due to injury. I had to call the ER twice to ask for pain medicine for her and a sling for her arm. I was told by the charge nurse in a rude tone that they were very busy. I am aware of busy, because I am also a nurse in an emergency room. I expect you to take care of my kid when I can't. Where's the professionalism? I would have your back if I were taking carr of your kid and you were 4 hours away. (9 months ago)
