Dr Jose Santana was hands down one of the best physicians I have had. I have Lymphoma and stay in pain this is the first time in a long time that my pain is tolerable. Thank you Capital Regional for being on top of your game and for getting me out of pain, I could never thank you guys enough. I almost forgot the best part.. there was NO wait time I mean none! Thank you again Dr. Santana (3 weeks ago)

Erin Ayers is great - very thorough and helpful. Gina Luncan is also awesome - she helped me by ordering a referral that my old primary doctor wouldn't do. Turns out I did need the referral, and I'm so glad she was able to help me get in to the specialist I needed. (3 weeks ago)

This is the worst hospital that I have ever seen. If a patient doesn’t have family to oversee the care they will be in sad shape. Every time you ring for a nurse it takes at least 35 minutes for somebody to come. You have to double check to make sure all medical equipment is hooked up and working. I videotaped the nurses button going off and everyone just standing around the nurses station and nobody caring at all. This hospital really needs to be shut down. It’s sad that insurance companies are paying them for this type of care. Never again (2 months ago)

This place is absolutely terrible! As a former patient, I highly highly recommend that people look elsewhere. Management genuinely does not care about you and will blatantly lie and BS you in order to cover their own a**. I was in PCU and the service was awful. The nurses were mostly inattentive to patient concerns and seemed annoyed and bothered whenever a patient called. There's a reason most of the nurses on that floor are travel nurses and that's because management SUCKS. The CNAs are all rude and seem like they would rather be anywhere other than here and it is just incredibly belittling. Not to mention I saw in the Tallahassee Democrat that a patient was STABBED and KILLED on this floor by her own son. Thankfully I will never have to go back here again. (a month ago)

Everything was great. Wonderful experience. Nurses were very professional and caring. (a month ago)
