Slowest fast track I've ever been In! First NP was great moved quickly then it was shift change and another PA took over. He is slow as molasses. Sitting in the room for an hour and he still has not come in. Ask nurse how much longer it's going to be she says he is catching up then he'll be in to go over everything. He has seen 3 new patients since his shift started and has not been in our room once. I worked in an ER and in fast track patients never sat this long. Very disappointed in this last hour and a half of my visit. Still waiting............. (2 weeks ago)

Had to visit the ER last night with my wife and everything was perfect. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They all seemed very concerned about the reason we were there. The doctor was caring and checked in numerous times during our short stay. If needed I would go back again for sure. (2 months ago)

Currently typing this while waiting in the ER. First off we got here at 8:30pm because my son fell and cut his head open (4 years old). We waited 20 mins in the front, then moved to the waiting room at 8:50pm. Then waited about 40 min and a nurse came by and asked how he was doing since the wait was so long and now its 9:300pm. Waited more in the waiting room until we finally got a room at 10pm. It was even a dirty room. Before the room i took a walk just because and there where 6 free rooms and nurses at the station talking up a storm about food and other patients they have seen earlier that day. Its now 10:20pm and still no doctor. Then we get someone to come and ask us about the copay, we always get billed, she said we do this after the doctor sees someone but since we are waiting for so long they we're asking now.. horrible.. but the doctor once she showed up was awesome. Due to a severe illness we were here for 2 weeks. We were extremely pleased with the compassionate care the entire staff provided. They made our long stay much easier and were always willing to meet our needs. Thank you Cape Coral medical team!!! (2 weeks ago)
