Location and Directions

The emergency center at Cape Cod hospital is fairly new and has about fifty rooms. The ambulance entrance is on the side of the hospital and it's for ambulances only. When you are looking at the front of the hospital the emergency entrance is to the left of the building and seperate from the main entrance. (a month ago)

I was there 2006 and 2008 and 2009!!! Couldn't complain about how I was treated!!! Now from what I'm reading seems this hospital has changed since I was last on the Cape....perhaps come to Indiana and go to Parkview Regional Hospital!!! Better care where I'm at in fort wayne Indiana (a month ago)

This place is the worst. My grandmother was admitted for cardiac issues. No one told us anything. We never saw a dr and when we did there was one that was nice and the other was absolutely awful. She was mean and looked down her nose at us like we were smaller than her. We requested a transfer to Boston and they got mad at us which made her care decline even more. They let her sit in her own stench and eat breakfast. It was so awful I had to go find someone else to help me because it was making me ill. The drs don’t explain themselves well. We wait all day to see them and they come in the room like we are a bother in their day. If you want good care don’t come here. Go to Boston. They dismiss concerned family members and basically told us my 83 year old grandmother could make her own decisions. Too bad she can’t hear or comprehend what they are saying which is why they let her walk without a pace maker 3 times. Again. Don’t go here (2 months ago)

This hospital is the most careless hospital I've ever felt with. My sister is a week passed due, the maternity ward, keeps scheduling her inducement for the "next" day. But, claim to care about their patent. She's gestational diabetic which is an even higher risk, but, they can sit and eat loudly on the other end, while they claim to be busy. If they can only hold 5 women in labor at a time...Why even have a maternity ward at all. Holly was one name and the other lady didn't give a name. Only advice id give is, start your check up and all that, with a different doctor, different town. (5 months ago)

I was in doubt and wondering how and why such a beautiful seemingly well equiped emergency room facility could receive so many one star reviews averaging a low 2.3 star overall rating. Well today, as a patient, I personally found out and there were too many undesirable, subpar, improper incidents and proceedures to list. (Patient advocate notified) A mostly (but NOT all) unattentive, disrespectable, untrained, undiciplined and uncaring staff is the explaination.that I observed and deduced as the reason. What I experienced and endured first hand today was completly unacceptable! Unfortunately, nobody seems to care (2 months ago)
