Location and Directions

This place is horrid. Called earlier today before driving up to see if the situation was an emergency like I feared or if it could wait to be seen by my PCP when they returned from vacation in two days, and got zero help. The woman who answered the phone is utterly useless and quite frankly, that's no way for a health care professional to respond to a potential patient. I've debated and debating on reviewing the hospital but today was the last straw. There's often exceedingly long wait times with many of the nurses treating you more like you're a problem than someone who actually needs your help. If you can make it elsewhere, by all means go somewhere else. Odds are you're just going to be insulted or ignored in this hellhole. (4 weeks ago)

Dont get me started on this place. If I need a hospital I go to Huntingdon or Paris...especially if it is an emergency, otherwise I would more likely need the morgue. (2 months ago)

I sat in the ER waiting room for over an hour with a spider bite. I had sharp pain and a low grade fever and when I said I was leaving they put me in an EMT bay and left me, after 25 minutes I was finally seen. They gave me shots and sent me back out to the waiting room to wait for my discharge papers. To top it all off the nurses were talking about me in the nurses area where other patients could here. I know this because they told me. (12 months ago)
