Now that Avita has become larger with their facility in Ontario we have run into many problems dealing with them. A few months ago we were notified of court action being taken from one of Avita’s slime debt collection agency’s seeking payment on accounts they claim were owed, after reviewing documents, it appears Avita is still accepting payments from us on the accounts but at the same time seeking collection on the entire amount, essentially doubling billing and causing our family more grief. Our youngest son has a medical handicap and unfortunately has to visit doctors and hospitals frequently, not just Avita. Now we are faced with what appears to be double billing but now frivolous court action from Avita as well. Avita now will not discuss the issue without court action. I would most definitely stay away from any Avita facility as something obviously is wrong with there billing department. Avita and their quest to drain every cent from us now has both of our children afraid to go to the doctor due to the fact they have seen how Avita can ruin you financially and what stress they have caused our family. We are at the point of taking our medical needs to another provider. I can say for sure Avita is not in the business of patient care but only in this to drain every cent they can, even it it means destroying your family. Just be forewarned, Avita treats you as a money opportunity and not a patient, would be best to stay away (a month ago)

I wouldn't even give them any stars. I've been here maybe three times and all but one have been less than an hour. Its like going to the school nurse. You get a bandaid and go home. I could have lost my baby because of this place. Terrible Drs. No bedside manner. Very rude. Don't do their job. Nice nurses though. I think I would get better service at the vet... (8 months ago)

Not impressed with doctors or care they provide anymore. (a month ago)

I had the best care ever back in February 2017 when I had my stroke. All the staff was great. I could not ask for a better team. I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it weren't for them. (a year ago)

February 2016 went to the ER with lower stomach pain and back pain. They took an x-ray and then CAT scan. I went right up for emergency surgery to remove a softball-size ball of infection, removed safety. My intestine was leaking so bad I had to have an ostomy bag so I could heal on the inside. The staff was amazing, had very good care, especially through the transition of now having a bag. (a year ago)
