Do not go here !!! if your having an emergency you WILL die!!!! Be prepared to wait at least 4 hrs before getting looked at. The emergency room is disgusting. The staff if rude & clueless. I had to wait 5 hours because I saw the doctor because they claim they didn’t have a room ready.... and this was the EMERGENCY room. Stay far!! If you have an emergency, please go to a REAL hospital, and not this hell hole! (3 months ago)

My name is Yvonne Benrube and I would give this hospital a zero rating but it won’t allow me to. Many reasons starting with I asked the nurse for a baby wipe and she told me the hospital can’t afford them. (2) I was getting an infusion in vein and I was telling nurse that the burning sensation was unbearable and she couldn’t care less. (3) I didn’t need to go into an isolation room and I told them I don’t need to go into one and they did anyway. (4) I was treated with no respect and when I hit button for nurse they don’t show up. (5). They took blood from me and something went wrong and my wrist was so swallow. (6) It seems to me that nobody gives a damn about the patient concerns. It’s bad enough being scared in the hospital but compassion is completely lacking from nurses in this hospital, I will never ever go back to this hospital again. One day these nurses will be old and sick and I’m so sure they would like to be treated with respect. (4 weeks ago)

We found their response to our accident to be miraculous and caring. thank you so very much. From the nurses to the doctor on call at the ER, we are so grateful (in the last week)

I didn't mind the 3 hour wait in the ER but after that it was bad. Once I was in the bed it toke the nurse 15 minutes to come all she did was introduce herself and leave again the Dr came asked what's wrong and never seen him again. After 40 minutes asked what's going on the nurse said they are checking. Waited another hour it now shift charge a new nurse comes in talking about discharging me with no one explaining anything. I told him I didn't talk to anyone about anything he came back about 20 minutes later saying everything is good I should see a specialist. Over 6 hours and no answers. (2 months ago)

All of the staff were extremely patient and caring. I've been having on and off fevers as well as abdominal pain and the nurses and doctors have checked on me regularly to ensure I'm doing okay. They acknowledged my pain, explained all my medicines, and even answered general questions I asked them of what is being done. There are also college students whom work or intern here, and they're just as well-spoken and caring as their fellow veteran nurses. My transport to xrays, Mel or Jamel (Might be spelled wrong), was the nicest guy I've ever met. We had great conversations and he even bought me a blueberry scone after I told him I loved the muffins. For a transport, somebody who doesn't care for you in the equivalence as a nurse, to bring you something you simply mentioned over in a conversation, speaks volumes. Good laughs and positive vibes as he took me to xray really helped settle all the anxiety of uncertainty. Thank you to this hospital and everyone working here. (in the last week)
