Bronson says that they, "strive to meet our patients' requirements for every instance of care to be safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient & family centered. At Bronson, everything we do is about getting better. About doing the right thing. About bringing you the best possible care." Well, they are not fulfilling their mission. 3 years ago, I had emergency trauma surgery, and have since had 2 other operations through Bronson- all PAID in FULL. I had follow-up appointments ranging from every 2 to 6 weeks for a year and a half after the initial surgery. The last time I saw my surgeon, he told me to come back once I started having troubles with my leg again. Today, I find myself struggling with chronic pain that makes my 50-hour workweek almost unbearable. I called his office to schedule a consultation, and was basically blown off with no compassion because it's been too long since my last visit there. I was never told that this would be the case- just, "Come back when it starts hurting again." I will seek another medical facility for my future medical needs, which will undoubtedly include multiple knee replacements and a host of other treatments. Bronson has lost my faith and my business. This place can be a dream or a nightmare depending on what you were coming in for. The cancer unit was really great and caring and attentive they deserve 5 stars. Some other areas are lacking especially their emergency so-called care. I went in when I was around 24 years in age with chest pains turned out I had a heart attack while waiting for care. They sent me home with my six month old daughter and told me that I was fine that I was too young to be having a heart attack in the first place and that I was definitely too young to have another one. If your having heart problems don't go here. If you are an unmarried woman and having a baby don't go here. Otherwise most of their other areas of care are pretty decent. (a week ago)

I was surprised how dirty the emergency room was. Some of the nursing staff could care less if they were there or not, the doctor's were very comforting and caring. Sad part I came out with more issues than I went in with. (a month ago)

I came here when I had the flu and was really nervous due to being new to the area and first time at Bronson. Every single person from the cafeteria staff to front desk, nurses, and the doctor were extremely kind and thorough. One of the nurses, Patricia, helped me feel comfortable after being jittery and dizzy from a breathing treatment. Seriously one of the nicest nurses I've ever met! The doctor checked in multiple times and always made me feel like I was just as important as any other patient in. They made sure I was going to be safe driving and gave me time to rest before leaving. Really impressed with everything and everyone! (3 months ago)

I am very thankful for the doctors here who treat my son for his immune deficiency but not impressed with some of the nurses. Because of difficult family problems, I feel they are very judgemental, rude, and make us feel uncomfortable. Not the best experience especially having to go there every 3 weeks. (2 weeks ago)
