My visit from starting at the ER to ending 5 days later being released from the hospital was the BEST experience i have ever had a hospital. I live in NC and i wish i could pack up the hospital and staff and take them home with me. The staff are truly remarkable. They were so kind and professional. I wish we had this kinda of service and care were i am from. You all saved my life. I am forever thankful. (11 months ago)

There is sometimes a long wait to even get in to a triage room, and to be seen by a nurse or doctor, but that's because this is only hospital in Paw Paw, so they tend to get very busy, especially around the holidays and the beginning of cold & flu season. Also, the staff here are very pleasant. (4 months ago)

Horrible experience by the Rn working at the ER this morning 02/09/18. Brought my daughter in for respiratory distress post confirmed influenza A and history of reactive airway disease. Respirations 62 after two nebulizer treatments. They gave her steroids and while talking to insurance people she became so much worse and starting major visiable retractions. So much so that the women asked " Is that her breathing?". I asked the nurse if she could have a bebulizer treatment before we leave and she wouldnt look at me or my child and said in the rudest voice possible, you have one at home. Treat her there. I am disgusted and let down by bronsons care of nurses. I am an Rn myself. My child was histerical in the car while driving her home saying she couldnt breathe. She is 4 years old! It was a blizzard today. Will never go back to this hospital ever! (5 months ago)

If i happen to require emergency medical care in the future and I'm not near another facility I'd be better off taking care of myself and so would you. (6 months ago)

everytime my daughter goes there is always a wait an an excuse not to be able to give her the care she needs ....who cares if there nice ....they should take care of ur health issues ...I wouldn't bring my animals to them ....drive to the big city downtown grand rapids hell of lot better then theis facility (a year ago)
