As a nurse, I finally found myself in the situation that I am always presented with: the receiving end of care for a family member. The nurses and aides on the 3rd floor in A tower exceeded my expectations as far as providing the quality of care for my family member and even checking up on me to see if I needed anything. They were all very attentive and caring. This is only the first night of what may be a few days but I feel comfortable knowing my loved one is in good hands. Thank you staff! (a month ago)

Delivered my son here about a month ago. Everyone was so wonderful in the women's center! I really felt supported during my labor and the nurses took such good care of me after. The food was okay, but could be a little better. Very pleased overall :) (2 weeks ago)

This place is a joke! my 11 yr old son was in the ER with severe stomach pains. They Never performed tests or was seen by a dr. They released him without being seen. A nurse Gave him a Pepcid and sent him on his way. I took him to another local hospital where He was admitted the next day with serious stomach issues. Brandon regional Then had the nerve to bill me $2,000!! For what????? Please don’t ever go here. Its worth the extra ten minute drive to go somewhere decent! (2 weeks ago)

Came here after dealing with horrible chest pain for two days. Was put in an ER room within ten minutes upon arrival. Got all the tests done that I needed to have done promptly. The staff was awesome. They were respectful, professional and engaging. They were very kind and understanding. They told me I had blood clots in both my lungs and they had to start me on blood thinners and pain meds right away. I had to wait a couple of hours for an upstairs bed, but that's normal. Got to the third floor, in a room by myself happily. The nurses and doctors were all great. We had conversations, got to know one another, joked around. They were there for me when I needed pain meds or if my parents or fiancee had questions. They explained everything and were very personable. I have been to many, many hospitals. The staff that I have encountered are phenomenal! The only complaint I would have is the good. Not all of it is good. TV dinners look better. However, they have fresh fruit, they allow you to choose what you would like to eat, and they are very polite and respectful when you deal with them. I'm really glad my fiancee took me here. Being in a hospital sucks, but these doctors, nurses, and staff members did make it better for me to deal with everything going on. You have my sincere thanks. (3 weeks ago)

I came here unknowingly with the flu, strep throat and sepsis all while being pregnant. By the time I got to Brandon Hospital I could not think for myself or function. The entire staff jumped into action and I feel like they saved my life. The doctors are on the top of their game here. Anyone complaining about this hospital probably was not very sick and could've solved their problem at a walk in clinic. Yes the food may not be that great and they may be under construction but you are in amazing hands. I repeat you are in amazing hands if you go here. I know people who have died from sepsis. This hospital saved my life, I will forever be grateful to this amazing staff! (2 months ago)
