In my experience this is a good Hospital. The ER is really fast and friendly and they don't waste time. The Maternity Ward is also really excellent they treat mothers with dignity kindness compassion and respect. Had another friends and who was having complications from pneumonia and he was also treated very nicely. From what I have seen and experienced myself I think this is a top-notch hospital. Had surgery here and everything went pretty smooth. Nurses were nurturing and attentive. The space is clean , ample and pleasant. The waiting room is comfortable. There are many options for snacks and meals compared to other hospitals. I had my baby here too and the experience was pretty similar. (4 months ago)

This is the world's worst hospital. The security, and the nurses, are so disrespectful. They do not care about you or your confidentiality. The only good thing about it is there Social Workers are so compassionate and understanding. The Security does not care about your property. (2 weeks ago)

This is the worst hospital ever I live less than a mile away and I'd never go there again even if I was dying. Their bedside manner is atrocious the floor where you stay once you have your child looks like a scary movie and the nurses act like the leads in a scary movie. I didn't want to have my child there in the first place they tricked me by saying I could have prenatal treatment there but have my baby wherever I liked...lies...they just wanted the money, and then when I asked them to transfer my paperwork to the GOOD hospital they told me I could take my file and leave. Hate is a strong word but I hate this place it should close. (a month ago)

I Won't Go Into Great Detail But Was Physically Very Sick Borgess Saved My Life Was Transported To Bronson Hospital Over And Over August, Twice In October And November. Wasn't Given Sodium Chloride Which U Need Or Breathing Treatment. Blood Samples And Additional Tests Taken ... The Staff Would Not Let Me See Actual Doctor And I Was Told Everything NORMAL ... I Told This P.A. How Can Everyrhing Be Normal When I Could Barely Walk Or Breath. She Gave Me A 10 Supply Of Medicine And It Wasn't A Strong Antibiotic Which I Needed. Was Always Taken To Bronson August October And Again November By Then I Gave Up And Figured I Would Possibly Die Of Mysterious Problem By 2018 Crawled On A Bus Could Barely Breath, Walk Or Stay Conscious Passed Out In Borgess Emergency Met Some Angels And Found I'm Afficted With Diabetes Which Doesn't Run In Family From Having Double Pneumonia For 8 Months. The Infection And Virus Tore My Immune System Apart. So After Giving Bronson To Many Chances To Care For Me I Gave Them 1 Star Because There's No Choice For 0 Stars They Had Taken Many Test And It Did Show My Blood Sugar Was Very High ... No Call No Care Not Aloud To See Doctor Treated Like I Was Mentally Ill. Many People Have Had Similar Experiences And I Thank God For Borgess Hospital Everyday For Bringing My Health Back ... ❤ (in the last week)
