ER visit was great. Took care of me right away. Dr & staff were very professional & caring. I got the relief I needed while in their care. No complaints here. (4 months ago)

Behavioral health is the worst place I have ever seen and I have a Psychology degree. My son was sent there for depression and threatening to harm himself. He is Type 1 diabetic and his sugar skyrocketed while at this facility, they would not give him his insulin properly, and they would not listen to him about his insulin to carb ratio. We gave nurses information to contact his diabetes doctor to get his correct dosage information and they claimed they called but did not, I checked with his diabetes doctor. Also there was no counseling sessions or psychiatric help. While he was there he had his ribs cracked by 2 orderlies because he was standing in his bedroom doorway. Long story short, this is no place to go if you help with mental issues. Most of the staff was rude. (6 months ago)

I have been very Dissatisfied with the staff at Dr. Alfred Rogers. My doctor died and I need authorization from his office to process a new prescription so that Medicare will pay for it. Gone back and forth with the nurse and no resolve. Can you help me find another doctor. It appears that they don’t want me as a patient. (a month ago)

They gave my husband naproxen... he's allergic and it was noted in his chart. Then offered to send a script for tylonel extra strength smmfh a.. h.... REALLY (3 months ago)

My experience here was absolutely awful. All of the staff members were very rude, disregarding, and unaccomodating. I was fully strip searched upon arrival, was not given proper medications, and did not receive any form of acceptable quality treatment. (9 months ago)
