I was very happy with the service. Staff was great. (6 months ago)

If you see Dr Koch, don't be surprised to be charged for a follow up, as I was, even though I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the follow up. Later received a bill for the so called no charge follow up. Fraud at it's finest. (10 months ago)

Great place, great staff! They took great care of my mother! We had to leave big Bend national park with my mom sick with flu, and pneumonia...! They were very thorough, and took great care of her. We had to leave here there as she was admitted... had no worries though they made us feel completely comfortable! Highly recomend! (a year ago)

Had to get physical therapy here and I absolutely loved my sessions. Staff was always helpful supportive and really cared about what they were doing. (a year ago)

96 year old aunt fell and the BBRMC missed that she broke her hip in three places and sent her home with dangerously high blood pressure within hours after she got there. She had a stroke on the way home. Now she can't even sit in a wheelchair. Gross incompetence. If I could leave no star I would. Absolutely unbelievable how they are open. It may be safer to take your loved ones to the vet to get healthcare if this is the only option. (a year ago)
