No Dr available only PA who was going from room to room . Went for a wound in my leg . They checked for clot and found none. Did not remove the dressing on my leg , put me on Antibiotics and told me to make appointment with wound clinic, they gave me appointment in 10 days . After I was in that ER for 6 hours 3 Drs arrived for work as I was leaving (a week ago)

I have to go here because Shapiro building departments are all Booked up, I live in Readville so it's a little awkward to get to but I like it It's not as busy & staff are patient and help you with your insurance info pretty quickly but I love Dr. Riley at Needham ..she's the best (2 months ago)

Don't allow Dr. Marcie Rubin to treat you in the ER. She doesn't listen and prescribes medications that can result in deadly interactions. I'm only alive because I read the prescription pamphlet. (a month ago)

Don't listen to the whiners. I go here when necessary for tests, etc.and have always had a positive experience. Today, I went for a procedure and the entire staff could not have been more positive as usual. The medical world in general probably has the worst customer service bar none, but this hospital is an exception. (7 months ago)

very professional, and unlike many ER's in the area, The staff at the ER are knowledgeable and actually know what they're doing. (5 months ago)
