Staff is extremely rude and inpatient. I strongly believe it starts at the top with Albert Santos the director of inpatient services. I was extremely surprised to see how accurate most of the reviews are, and how it changed. I would highly recommend to read all the reviews carefully before choosing this hospital for your medical care. (a month ago)

Avoid this hospital if you can!! Miserable unhappy staff who consistently complain they are underpaid and overworked. Staff is lazy and mistreating the elderly. If you care about your loved ones stay away! 4 runs to the ICU and no diagnosis. Diagnosis changes every minute, drs are clueless. Would have scored the hospital at -5 if there was such a score. I was amazed at how inconsiderate this hospital is towards the elderly and their family. It seems as if the staff was improperly or incompletely trained. They don't understand there may be language barriers with the patients and there solution to everything is to deliver anti-psychotic medications and strap you to the bed as if it is a mental institution from back in the day. If you go in with a chief complaint, they will not address the situation or complaints you give to them, instead the doctor acts as if they know everything instead of seeking a more experienced doctors opinion. If i could give zero stars, I would. My main complain is with the care I received at the hospital, and I strongly believe it's all due to the poor leadership of the inpatient services supervisor Mr. Santos. He is definitely leading his nurses by example, but its not the platinum standards he follows. I found him to be extremely arrogant, conceited, ignorant, sarcastic and unreasonable. He allows the nurses to talk back to patients and be rude to them, mistreat and abuse the elderly. It's beyond comprehension how does the board of directors is turning a blind eye to those actions. No Dr available only PA who was going from room to room . Went for a wound in my leg . They checked for clot and found none. Did not remove the dressing on my leg , put me on Antibiotics and told me to make appointment with wound clinic, they gave me appointment in 10 days . After I was in that ER for 6 hours 3 Drs arrived for work as I was leaving (2 months ago)
