Location and Directions

I was seen in the emergency room a few days back and had to have my gallbladder removed. The emergency room PA Greg , Dr. Anderson and my nurse were amazing thank you so much wish I could remember her name. All the staff from dietary, transport, radiology and most of all my nurses and nursing assistants: Dennis, Peggy , Maria , Rosie, Heather , Mary and anyone I may have forgot I’m sorry but thank you for your compassion and empathy ( you all rock)! Most of all thank you to Dr. Bresnick and her team for having the same compassion as well as my operating room nurses (Sherry?) and anesthesiologist doctor. Sorry was too nervous at that time to remember names but you were all amazing! 5 stars and above to you all! My only complaint was the bathroom set up not the easiest bathroom post surgery :)! Thank you again for making an unpleasant situation as comfortable as humanly possible. (4 months ago)

Everyone here is terrible from receptionist to doctors to patient advocates. They also have NO idea what HIPAA is. Already filed complaint with the board but Dr. Jonathan Roberts and his staff should be fired. They do not understand THE LAW or how to treat patients (in the last week)

Seriously it is a nightmare. My 6 year old kid got hurt in his head and was bleeding a lot. Took him to milton hospital because we thought Beth Israel is good hospital. Last 2 hours we are sitting here and no one came. When my wife asked the front desk the lady said it takes 3 to 4 hours. I just shocked. How can you do this with 6 year old kid. Shame on you. Hospital loves to make money but does not want to provide any service. (6 months ago)

I was in a life threatening situation and although I had to be transferred to Boston, the time I was there I was treated promptly with care and professionalism. (a month ago)

This place is an absolute nightmare!!! I slipped a disc in my back and they left me waiting in a wheelchair for 4 hours in the waiting room. Then when i finally was brought to tbe back i waited another 2 hours before they finally came and gave me a tylenol. What a joke, the dr. Had no bedside manner she was rude and condescending. I actually ended up walking out!!! I highly recommend u go to another hospital. (6 months ago)
