This hospital doesn't pay its own bills! Administration staff think they can treat people like dirt! BULLIES and DEADBEATS. Hey community I wouldn't trust them to treat me. (a month ago)

Professional and kind staff, they made me feel like the most important patient in the hospital. I noticed each patient was treated the same way! (3 months ago)

Went in for low blood sugar reading, passed out. In less than 20 minutes, it was determined that my kidneys were failing, and arrangements were made to transfer me to Tucson Medical Center. Benson staff was very considerate and kind, and was quick to calm my mind. The nurse Mary was so sweet and made me feel like I was the most important person there. Excellent service, excellent care! They are a good hospital and they do help you but sometimes it feels like if you happen to be a person who has any history of mental illness and substance use, especially if you're honest about drugs you do or have done their complete willingness to help or even deal with you diminishes and just want to do the minimal for you just to get you out the door. I'm just saying that sometimes it seems like because you are an addict that you almost don't deserve their time or to receive that medical attention you came in for. Just a personal opinion by my experiences. (a year ago)
