4 HOURS AT ER!!! No end in sight. They need to offer a zero star rating. I would select that Seriously??? I thought Health Care changed here in Beloit Super Pathertic Memorial Day Weekend. No Doctors in sight. Maybe 1 on staff. I highly recommend driving to Mercy Hospital and Janesville. I think you’ll get the care you need there. It’s a little bit further of a drive but at least you’ll see somebody (a month ago)

*** Warning *** I would Not recommend this place to anyone!! Personally I wouldn't come to this place under my own free will, based on my experiences. Nurses are rude and ruff. Days without being bathed. Understaffed. To sit and watch your loved ones in tears because the physician took away pain medication. If it wouldn't of been a safety issue, we would have pulled our loved one and taken them elsewhere. That's just tip of the iceberg. (4 months ago)

Nurse was extremely rude and should not have a job. I went to the ER because I had been sick and had a very high fever. I found a tick on myself a week prior to my visit and my neighbors kids had gotten lyme disease so I was a bit worried. (We live in a wooded area). All I wanted was to get checked for lyme disease and the nurse assumed I was there to get drugs and that I was having withdrawals. She accused me of lying when she asked if I smoke or do any drugs and said she was an "expert" on people who do drugs from working there. Considering I have never done any drugs, (including cigarettes and alcohol) her assumptions made me extremely pissed off. I never even mentioned needing any medication, I told her my main reason for being there was because I wanted to make sure I didn't have lyme disease. I went back to the waiting room and noticed that everyone who came in after me were all going in and out and I was waiting so long that I ended up leaving. I assume she thought I was a junkie so didn't think it was important to get me seen right away. I most certainly will be reporting this to administration! If you need to be seen, go to St. Mary's in Janesville instead! (a month ago)

my mother was there recently for about a week and a half with a gall bladder issue everybody there was great from the doctors to the nurses to the cnas to the social workers to the various medical imaging techs to the administration folks to the therapists special shout out goes to the 3rd floor advanced care nurses and cnas who really shined as they provided what i can only describe as top notch care for my mother while she was battling some pretty bad hospital related dementia symptoms the only thing that i could mention even somewhat critically is that they kinda sorta maybe didnt diagnose her condition 100 percent correctly right away in the ER and so there was a little bit of time that lost on that but at the of the day i would rather have them think she has a heart issue when its a gall bladder than a gall bladder when its a heart issue but nonetheless generally very pleased with the experience way better nurses and cnas overall at this little hospital than at any of the big hospitals in rockford weve ever experienced professional polite courteous patient kind understanding knowledgeable are all words i would use to describe them wouldnt hesitate to go there again (a month ago)
