This particular ER is terrible. The hospital itself is great. They need to get rid of all the ER Dr.'s and Nurses and start fresh. I've been to that ER 2 times in 3 yrs. The second time I went was for severe back pain. It was a Sunday and my back Dr. was not in so I went to the ER. They accused me of going to just get pain medicine. The ER Dr. didn't even look at my back. Basically he told me there was nothing that could do for me. I was in such severe pain I went to a different hospital and they kept me 24 hrs for observation. Which I was given medicine by IV every 6 hrs.. I wouldn't go back to that ER of I was paid to. (2 months ago)

I was at Henry Ford Wyandotte 3 times for Kidney Stones. The treatment in the ER was awful. Came here and was seen by Dr Kelley in 15 minutes. The entire staff was fast, efficient and caring. I will be bringing my family here for care from now on. Thanks Beaumount Trenton for fantastic service!!! (3 weeks ago)

Physicians seem to be as good as the greatest of competitors. The hospital is nicely remodeled but the question of my concern is; Are the patients sharing the cost pr are the millionaires that own the building flipping the bill? (2 months ago)

People are so rude up there. When I had my blood drawn the nurse asked if someone is supposed to be watching her. Very unprofessional. I had surgery and my IV was empty at about 2:30 in the morning nobody showed up till after 4 :30 and it beeped the whole time. Very rude. They deserve zero stars. I could write a short story on how horrible I was treated. I was there for 3 days for surgery and they left my alarm going for 2 straight hours I called for a nurse 3 times no answer. And asked for a clean pad and it took 8 hours to get one along with a attitude. Never changed my sheets they were bloody. I would rather die than ever go there again. They make me sick to my stomach. Refuse to go here, I wouldn’t even take my dog here. The ER is ridiculous, you’re always waiting to get into a room guaranteed to a minimal wait of 3 hrs. Staff is caddy, rude, and will not even let you get a word in when they ask what’s going on. You constantly have to repeat yourself, track down nurses and doctors. Their database is a joke! Very outdated and the staff is not direct or detailed in diagnosis and follow up care. Very understaffed, un acknowledgable, very inconsiderate . To get tests done you’ll be there for 8 hrs. It’s very unorganized and poorly ran. The last 4 visits here have been worse than the one before. You’ll follow up with a doctor in Cleveland or have a student or doctor assistant discharge you and then try to call and get your diagnosis that they have no record of them. SMH. I would not refer or recommend anyone going here unless you have a death wish or like looped around for $$$! Treating patients under assumptions instead of facts! (a month ago)
