The RN’s in the ER are the worst. Don’t act as patient advocates. Only want you out of their Er. Doc was great!! RN’s don’t want to hear your opinion or your explanation. Act as though they are too busy to attend to your needs. If you are the least bit emotional they want you out!! (3 weeks ago)

Great facility. Every person I was in contact with was so nice and caring. Very clean hospital, great food and individual treatment of each patient. I couldn't ask for more in my stay other than having to transfer to another facility because the first hospital messed up my neck surgery and I was brought here by ambulance was not what I hoped but that's insurance for you. We were very pleased with the care our father received from the ER to in house care. Thank you to the Nurses that treated our Dad with dignity & professional care. It eased our minds when we were not there. "Thank you" to the staff who stayed @ my Dad's bedside as he passed before I could get there, and the comfort you showed our family. Thank you. I recently had my left knee replaced at Beaumont Taylor. The new orthopedic unit is incredible. Dr Dwyer was my surgeon, and the staff from nurses, nurses assistants, physical therapists, the people from the kitchens, house keeping, and even the therapy dog who came to visit me, i give you all 100%+. I thank you all so much for all you did for me in a very professional manner, and you did it with kindness, heart, and even the laughter made things better. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, keep up the good work. (4 months ago)

Went to the emergency room with RUQ pain. once I was in the ER they did a cat scan and gave me pain meds and wanted to send me home. They ended up keeping me for observation. After an ultrasound an hida scan that found a gall stone and that my gall bladder was dysfunctional they did an endoscope . Then sent me home, no different med , still in pain. This place is a glorified first aid station at best. DO NOT go here! (a month ago)
