I had the most wonderful experience there. I went in through ER for decreased fetal movement at 28 weeks pregnant. Which lead to the induced delivery of my still born daughter whom had no heart beat upon arrival . The staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish on every shift. Making a tragic experience much more comfortable. The staff was very warm and sincere. The doctors were fast acting and compassionate. If I ever conceive again I will definitely deliver there . Friendly staff; horrible service. I brought someone here who had dizziness, blurred vision, numbness and head pain. I thought that the symptoms would have expedited care. It did not. Even when symptoms escalated, we still had to wait until a bed became available. During Triage, the wristband fell off and the technician picked it up off of the floor and handed it to the patient. I asked the technician if she was giving the patient the wristband although it fell to the floor and the tech gave me a strange look. The hospital was full and unclean. The staff were very friendly. Perhaps we went on the wrong day/time. (3 months ago)

My mom had a procedure done on Friday April 6, 2018. Just wanted to say how grateful I am to the staff and especially her awesome nurse Kate in the (gastro) dept. She was amazing at keeping my mom comfortable and keeping me informed. (a month ago)

At Botsfort Hospital Emergency.. Services are very poor... Upon arriving my daughter has a fever.. Instead of them caring 2 her after waiting 4 an 1&1/2... I was told that they didn't have a room 4 her.. Four people I know 4 sure that were behind her soon began 2 b in front of her@ the Emergency waiting room; my daughters Emergency is just as important as the next person.. They were waiting just like my daughter so I can't understand why my daughter had 2 wait.. It was clear that my daughter wasn't as important as the next person.. My daughter was crying and was aware how she was being treated; not 2 mention that she has Autism; the services r not good here and after her visit.. I would not recommend 2 anyone 2 come here from now on (4 months ago)

Our son, 3 1/2 years old had his tonsils and adenoids this morning at Beaumont Farmington Hills. We were obviously nervous and emotional the days leading up to today, and especially this morning. Everything went smoothly, normal...until we met Dr, Aaron Wood, his anesthesiologist, that’s when it turned into an exceptional experience and continued that way until we were wheeled out. Dr. Aaron sat down with us while in pre op. He didnt just start firing away with his questions that he needed answered. He sat there and got to know my son, he played with him, he bonded with him, he let him ask him questions and dr. Aaron answered honestly. He let him play with his gadgets and he just spend MUCH needed time with him that we did not except him to do. This is reason my son was comfortable going back to the ER without us. Dr. Aaron and the rest of the staff is the reason my son (and us) left there smiling, not only because it was over, but because we felt like royalty. Top notch, this hospital sets the bar. I would never for a second hesitate to send my loved one here. (4 weeks ago)
