The most horrible emergency room experience ever ! The most worst customer care and service. Waited 7 hours in the waiting room then five more hours while awaiting results from c scan.( still waiting ) In humane environment I see them leave a patient in the walk way without a room,no privacy with all his business all out! You would think In here would look updated since the just added the emergency side well no it’s all old run down equipment. So I’m standing waiting at my door to see it the rn even notices me to give me a lil follow up she acts like she doesn’t see me.since I came at 4 pm and it’s now 4am . These people job are exhausting I’m sure this Rn is tired but she needs to keep some professionalism at all times. No matter what. (2 months ago)

Awful! LITERALLY GO TO ANY OTHER HOSPITAL They nearly killed my friend and have no compassion at all! The nurses are HORRIBLE and have no idea whats going on with any patients! The doctor says dont do this and the nurses come in and do what he said not to do! Im so mad! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!!!! (3 weeks ago)

Went to the e.r. about a week ago. The waiting room was kind of gross first of all. I checked in having severe lower back pain, an aching arm and numb and tingling fingers. They were pleasant and helpful. Then I was brought to triage. Spoke with 2 nurses who were super kind and caring. Then the billing lady came in. Also very nice. That’s where it ended. The PA came in and asked what the problem was. I told her . I was then told to take Advil or Motrin. She then turned her back and left. She was very condescending and rude. The nurse, who was very nice, had to track her down to get a work note for me. She managed to screw that up too. I have NO problem seeing a PA. There are a lot of great ones. This was not one of them. Her bedside manor was uncaring and awful. I will never step foot in that place again. (4 months ago)

They are kind and fast. They made sure to help me and refer me how to continue receiving care. I've had good experiences with their Emergency department. (5 months ago)

Waited forever, but the waiting room was filled. Went in with terrible infection on my arm after being prompted by a friend (nurse) who was sure I would be admitted and put on IV antibiotics. I was not. Gave me 2 prescriptions that gave me an incredible rash. Long road to healing. Will head to Springfield next time. (7 months ago)
