The lab workers were BEYOND rude. I got there for when they opened. Just for blood work, They needed my entire life story which took 20 minutes. Information including my mother maiden name, what my title at my job is, what company I work for, what my couture is, my nationality (not ethnicity). Then when I finally got to the lab they were rude with snappy attitudes. The women behind the desk slid the glass window open a couple inches and stuck her hand out and said nothing, I handed her my paper work she looked at me and said do you have stickers? I replied with yes and she answer “....so can I have them??” Said nothing more And shut the glass window. The women actually taking me blood responded with “ so then dont look” after I had mentioned I usually get nervous getting my blood work done. Followed by many more snarky comments. All in all, I really hope I’m never in a pinch for blood work again so that I never have to go back (4 months ago)

On Christmas Eve 2016 my wife suddenly became very ill and was up all night experiencing the mother of all stomach viruses. I won't go into details, but by Christmas morning it was clear she needed to go to the ER. I knew Mary Lane was the closest ER, and a quick google search showed that they were open, even when most places were not. I also noticed the negative reviews here, so I was nervous about what we were about to go through. I pictured a disgruntled, minimum-manned skeleton crew of a staff who wanted nothing to do with my sick wife on Christmas morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was NOT the case. Every Mary Lane employee that we encountered was caring, professional, and seemingly happy to help us with our unfortunate situation. To the security man who helped my wife into her wheel chair, the woman working the front desk who quickly signed us in and got us a bed, and the nurses and doctors (especially nurse Jen) who managed to make my wife comfortable, THANK YOU for who you are and what you do. If it weren't for the exceptional service of Mary Lane ER, my wife may not have been able to return home to her family that day, and I owe my Christmas to them. (a year ago)

Very nice staff. Very prompt and caring. Kept us up to speed on everything. Thrilled with service! (a year ago)
