In the year of 2009 our lives changed drastically but God guide his angels to Baylor Hospital and the paramedics took my dad there.... being from North California I don't know much about how hospitals are in Texas, I am going to talk only about my personal experience. I wouldn't pay the staff with anything for what they did for my dad and our family back then. I was only a young girl that just wanted her dad to be alright, now working on the medical field and being a married woman I can see all the work that everyone did to help my dad. He had a really bad truck accident while he was working across the states, sadly he looses his left eye due to this incident, the diesel tank lid exploded on his face due to pressure at a truck stop while he was trying to load more diesel to keep driving back home. He almost died but Baylor professionals where there to help and thanks to God and all of them we continue to celebrate my dads second chance of being at this world. They reconstruct almost 90% of my dads face, and they did an excellent job. I still remember all their hallways, the lobby, the waiting room of ICU and the chapel like if were yesterday when we spend a month and a half there. Sleeping on a waiting room and living there for almost two months wasn't easy but it was worth it.Thank you BAYLOR, thank you for doing your best while my dad needed your help the most. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you for doing your best, thank you to all of those Doctors and nurses, and all the other staff whom where there to help us. God bless all of you. Only giving a one star rating because it forces you to give something to leave a review. This is the worst hospital EVER!!!!! Dishonest physicians lazy nurses that push narcotics and like to try to keep patients knocked out rather than take the time to actually help them. Poor administration that doesn't give a damn when you go to them with these problems. My father was so incoherent that he did not even know my name and when asked where he was he stated the forest. However Their so called psychiatrist stated he was able to make his own decisions. His Lactulose was discontinued even though he has liver disease and ammonia levels elevated. This is the only thing that helps his thought process so not only are they wanting him to make his own decisions they refuse to give him the tools to be able to do so. This place is a joke. Please don't take your family here unless ready to kiss them goodbye. (a week ago)

My mom was taken to Baylor’s emergency room around 7am yesterday morning. I appreciate all of the help they did for her because she is very sick. Although, I only rated two stars because the nurse my mother had, had a horrible attitude. Her name was Madison. We were told she has been a nurse for two years and also seemed to be very young. She was rude to my mother, as well as all of her family that was in the emergency room with her. She was in such a rush, that, when we were moving my mother to another room, she began to rip the IVs and bandages off of her, hurting her. We deserve to be treated like humans! It’s not fair to the patients that there are people like Madison that are nurses. We need nurses that are going to be gentle and kind. (2 months ago)

ACTUALLY MINUS INFINITE STARS. MY BOY, JOEY,35 YEARS OLD --- DIED AFTER FIVE PLUS DAYS OF SLOWLY SUFFOCATING AND MULTIPLE ORGAN FAILURE BECAUSE THESE CLOWNS COULDN'T DETECT A MASSIVE BLOOD CLOT OBSTRUCTING JOEY'S ENDOTRACHEAL TUBE and STARVING ALL OF JOEY'S ORGANS AND WHOLE BODY OF OXYGEN. Despite JOEY'S BITING THE TUBE. The massive amount of pressure needed to "bag " JOEY ,the OBVIOUS LESSENING OF OXYGEN TO JOEY'S BLOOD AND JOEY'S WHOLE BODY AND THE EX RAY PERFORMED EACH MORNING ON JOEY'S CHEST,. THESE CLOWNS COULDN'T DETECT A CLOT ???? .............. THESE CLOWNS ARE GENIUS'. A GENIUS MAKES NO MISTAKES. HIS ERRORS ARE INTENTIONAL AND CONDITIONAL ----TO THE RICH MAN,THE GENIUS' ERRORS ARE THE PORTAL TO DISCOVERY,------- TO THE POOR, -----THE GENIUS' ERRORS ARE THE GATEWAY TO A REAL LIVING NIGHTMARE********** HELL ON EARTH******* ---------------- EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO LIFE,LIBERTY,AND THE SECURITY OF PERSON-------------------------,. EXCEPT JOEY. ON MARCH 25TH 2018, JOEY LOST HIS LIFE DUE TO """"""SOCIAL ISSUES "'""''''' (as one nurse called it). A BUNCH OF GENIUS' IN CLOWNS CLOTHING. DON'T FALL FOR IT --- THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING. EXACTLY. THERE WERE NO OTHER OPTIONS FOR JOEY HIS LIFE WAS IN THE HANDS OF CLOWNS-----AND JOEY LOST HIS LIFE--------- HERE'S THE NEWS------------------ NOW THAT I KNOW WHAT THEY DID, I MUST FIND THE IDEAL CRIMINAL ATTORNEYS WHO WILL ENSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE AND WHO WILL PUT MURDERS IN PRISON FOR THE REMAINDER OF THEIR DAYS. JOEY'S LIFE MATTERED. SINCERELY, LECHEL (a week ago)

Over all care was good some things were different and some things have changed as far as the child care. But over all I was taken care of and healed and was in a comfortable stage when I got discharged. Staffnof labor and delivery we're excellent all the nurses and residents that took care of me.
