I had an amazing experience delivered my baby here!!! Especially thanks to nurse Kristina that helped during the whole delivery process! I feel truly grateful that she was so attentive and she handled everything quickly and precisely. All other nurses were amazing too, they seemed to take great care in what they do. The facility is nice and they provided great meals for patients and visitors. I cannot say enough good things about the hospital and the L&D department! (in the last week)

Delivered both of my children here. Delivered the newest one last week. The nurses are great for both mom and baby, the rooms are nice, the food is good, I love the snack and drink room it was a nice touch! The souvenir sleep sack is really nice and who doesn't like a free baby bathtub. (2 weeks ago)

Wonderful staff and doctors my first time having a baby by c-section here and they made it as pleasant as possible my husband and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. Great food and Care! Definitely recommend. Special dinner was a great plus and was delicious! We were so glad to know the hubby’s meals were included too so he didn’t have to leave to get his own! Felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. Only complain was The couch my hubby had to sleep in was terrible. - star for that. Other then that we enjoyed having our bundle of joy here! (5 months ago)

This is by far the worst Baylor facility that we have been to. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. They called me on Friday (surgery scheduled from Monday at 7am) and told me that I would have to pay thousands of dollars Monday morning before they would do surgery. They were not willing to work with me on payment arrangements. The business office is a joke...that is the nicest thing that I have to say about them. They wanted to reschedule surgery because I couldn't come up with the money in less than a day. The insurance info they had was not accurate & the didn't seem to care. They want all this money up front but when it comes to refunding it due to the bad info they had it will take months. Will not ever come back here or recommend Baylor Frisco. (3 months ago)

Everything went great except for the nurse who took my information. He has the bedside manner of a slug. (2 weeks ago)
