Wonderful staff and doctors my first time having a baby by c-section here and they made it as pleasant as possible my husband and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. Great food and Care! Definitely recommend. Special dinner was a great plus and was delicious! We were so glad to know the hubby’s meals were included too so he didn’t have to leave to get his own! Felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. Only complain was The couch my hubby had to sleep in was terrible. - star for that. Other then that we enjoyed having our bundle of joy here! (3 months ago)

This is by far the worst Baylor facility that we have been to. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. They called me on Friday (surgery scheduled from Monday at 7am) and told me that I would have to pay thousands of dollars Monday morning before they would do surgery. They were not willing to work with me on payment arrangements. The business office is a joke...that is the nicest thing that I have to say about them. They wanted to reschedule surgery because I couldn't come up with the money in less than a day. The insurance info they had was not accurate & the didn't seem to care. They want all this money up front but when it comes to refunding it due to the bad info they had it will take months. Will not ever come back here or recommend Baylor Frisco. (a month ago)

Had surgery on Monday, April 30th and stayed 2 nites at the facility. This hospital catered to women's health. It has a nice lobby that make you feel like you're in a hotel lobby. The front desk receptionist was very nice too. They have gourmet coffees/teas/muffins/danish/cookies/etc. in the waiting room for guests. They also give you free breakfast, lunch, & dinner daily for your guests if you're an inpatient. All patient rooms are privately single. What I love most are the nurses who took care of me during my stay (The nurses who took care of me during my surgery, and Melissa, Bien, Messa, etc. after my surgery) They were great at their jobs. They treated me nicely and with much compassion. I recommend this hospital highly. (2 weeks ago)

This is a good hospital. My wife delivered a baby at their Women's Health Center several month ago and it was a pleasant experience overall, the facilities are great, nurses and other staff members are very nice and professional. The reason I am taking stars off my review is because they contract their anesthesia services to the group called US Anesthesia Partners of Texas, which has absolutely the worst customer service we've ever experienced with a health provider. It is a shame that otherwise great hospital reputation is tainted by such a terrible business partner. (4 months ago)

Overall the hospital is fairly decent. However, on a recent E.R. visit I was less than empressed with the doctor. He lacked bed side manner, didn't address my son's vomiting and actually cursed in front of my 5 year old. We ended up at Children's E.R. the next day and they took care of him and were very competent and professional. I will say the rest of the E.R. staff was pleasant and seemed competent.
