A little late on the review. Had to take my father to the ER about 3 months ago. The doctor we saw very sweet and empathetic, and the nurse that (tried) to take care of my father seemed nice at first, but turned out to be cruel in the most insensitive way. My father was in a lot of pain and we we're told by the nurse that they done all that they could. So, he was discharged. As we were walking past the admissions area, my dad started complaining more, and said he wanted to go back in, so I told the admissions girl and she told us to wait in a room. The nurse came out and told us we had to go out to the waiting area to talk. I was asking her if there were other options for the pain and she talked to me in an belittling, condescending manner loudly, loud enough others hear and was staring. We kept going back and forth - at this point everyone knew what my dad's health issue was. I guess confidentiality doesn't exist....and she said if we wanted to stay we had to get readmitted all over again and wait. (We had already waited 2 hours). Our fault we were discharged before my dad felt better, but it was unacceptable how the nurse treated us. This place is a scam. I would rather travel miles further to avoid this place. (a month ago)

While I would say that most of the staff I encountered were friendly, I would suggest anyone looking to utilize this facility check for other options. The price of all services when I got my bill was 4x to 5x more than other places. Unfortunately I did not check before coming here and I am paying the price. For instance, I could have gone down the street to a Seton facility and paid ~$400 for my CT instead of the $1700 I was charged here. Again, look around if cost is an issue at all. (a month ago)

I went in after a car accident they were awesome. NO complaints. NO issues. good to know that they are a full ER, for all the crazy comments, yes to answer your questions, you are walking into an emergency room, so your going to be charged emergency room prices regardless of your service. and for the lady who thinks that they are to drop everything and take care of your child first. news flash this is an emergency room, you are seen by how sever your injury's are regardless. and by the way there is a urgent care for kinds right across the street. use your head instead of blaming everyone else and making them out to be the bad ones. the building does have a sign on it that says emergency medical center. well go figure. LOL great work guys. thanks for all that you do. (4 months ago)

Every time we've been here it's been excellent treatment and service, for multiple family members, on separate occasions. I've worked in a hospital for years and know the difference. (2 months ago)

I have been in here 4 times in 2 months! I have not had a bad experience yet. I was in 3 days ago and I hadn't filled out the first intake form when they were ready for me. Walked around the corner and the Doctor was at the door waiting. I was in and out in 45 minutes if that! I even learned something totally new to me. I am treated with respect and shown true care for my situation. Thank you for the awesome care and for the awesome staff. (a year ago)
