Zero stars!! 7+ hours of my life I will never get back. Highly frustrating experience. I came to this ER with referral in hand from my doctor who said due to my recent lab (taken less than a week ago and got the results today), I needed to go immediately to an emergency room for treatment. I won't go into details of my health here, but even the triage nurse after reading my labs from my doctor said I would be a "priority". 2 and a half hours later I was brought back to a room where I spent another 5 hours and paid my copay, only to be told that there was nothing they could do, that I should go back to my doctor (who referred me) and they sent me home. I'm quite sure thousands of dollars will be charged to my insurance though... Meanwhile, I still feel horrible, my symptoms have not dissapated, I am going to have to go back to my doctor only to more than likely get another referral, and oh yeah, my insurance card mysteriously disappeared and could not be located by staff... The house manager was nice enough to listen to my complaints, but a formal complaint will definitely be made... I will not be returning to this hospital... (a month ago)

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The staff is very rude from the doctors to the nurses. The doctors could care less about you and do very little to provide you with the proper care. They diagnosed my daughter with having severe allergies even though she was in pain, coughing, wheezing, and could hardly breathe. We ended up having to go to another emergency room the next day and they correctly diagnosed her with pneumonia and ended up having to admit her. The doctor there couldn't believe this hospital diagnosed her with allergies. He could only shake his head. If you value your loved ones, choose somewhere else to go. (a month ago)

Its great place to come and seened and get on about your day. You get seen very quickly and they staff is very nice. I currently work here and I love all my co-workers!!! (a month ago)

Dr Gentile in the ER will tell you to your face he doesn't want to treat you. Came in on a Tuesday with an abscess was sent home with painkillers, antibiotics, and "it's probably cancer go see your doctor". Took meds as directed, no help, it keep growing, was back on Thursday(soonest I could get into a Dr was the following Wednesday, I'd already been trying when it started popping up). Was immediately taken for surgery. 2 days in a morphine coma on an antibiotic drip, kept trying to report I was getting a yeast infection (known side effect) no one wanted to hear about it. One nurse literally said "oh, that" when I mentioned wanting something(for the 10th time) to treat it(she also left my iv line uncapped). My IV was handled by nurses without gloves, nurses with fake nails. One nurse was in the middle of changing my iv placement when another staff member walked in and started talking to her about a different patient(by name), well then my nurse left to help that patient leaving me with a half-laid iv. I only came here because my actual closest hospital is referred to as The Death Hospital. OH! And the dude manning the coffee kiosk in the lobby can't be bothered to put his phone down to help you. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ (a month ago)

I cant believe how little Dr Gentile even cared to listen. He wouldn't run a simple blood test instead gave me diagnose about my symptoms that dont match anything I'm experiencing and sending me on my way. They were very quick to see me and just as quick to dismiss me. I see most of these negative reviews are about this Dr specifically. I should of driven to Presby north Dallas where I know I wouldn't be thrown out on the street like a dog!!! The one star is only bc they swiftness of getting me to a room so quickly (3 weeks ago)
