Nurses are amazing, especially Antonio, Beatrice, Ailyn, and Patricia! Came via ambulance and had the "luxury"" of staying the week to get surgery, staff definitely made the stay better! Doctors weren't as informative as I'd of liked but surgery went well! And really work matters more than Bedside manner sometimes!:) (in the last week)

I had a very positive experience at this hospital. Dr. Hariz was very responsive even after hours. His demeanor was reassuring and he solicited the opinion of other specialists as needed. The staff also conveyed these same values of a genuine care giver. Not everyone sees things the same way but I would not hesitate to rely on this team for all my medical needs. (4 weeks ago)

Zero stars!! 7+ hours of my life I will never get back. Highly frustrating experience. I came to this ER with referral in hand from my doctor who said due to my recent lab (taken less than a week ago and got the results today), I needed to go immediately to an emergency room for treatment. I won't go into details of my health here, but even the triage nurse after reading my labs from my doctor said I would be a "priority". 2 and a half hours later I was brought back to a room where I spent another 5 hours and paid my copay, only to be told that there was nothing they could do, that I should go back to my doctor (who referred me) and they sent me home. I'm quite sure thousands of dollars will be charged to my insurance though... Meanwhile, I still feel horrible, my symptoms have not dissapated, I am going to have to go back to my doctor only to more than likely get another referral, and oh yeah, my insurance card mysteriously disappeared and could not be located by staff... The house manager was nice enough to listen to my complaints, but a formal complaint will definitely be made... I will not be returning to this hospital... (3 months ago)

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The staff is very rude from the doctors to the nurses. The doctors could care less about you and do very little to provide you with the proper care. They diagnosed my daughter with having severe allergies even though she was in pain, coughing, wheezing, and could hardly breathe. We ended up having to go to another emergency room the next day and they correctly diagnosed her with pneumonia and ended up having to admit her. The doctor there couldn't believe this hospital diagnosed her with allergies. He could only shake his head. If you value your loved ones, choose somewhere else to go. (3 months ago)
