We just left here my husband had a total knee replacement. Dr. Lowery was absolutely wonderful and the staff was amazing, nurses and Physical Therapist Corey. They were caring, warm and made you feel like family. This will be our go to place when needed and definitely recommend. Thanks Baylor Ortho. & Spine Staff!!! (2 months ago)

The employees are very helpful and very nice from beginning of checkin to the release! (2 months ago)

Our son had a broken leg taken care of here. White glove service and professional employees. (a month ago)

I started my journey with Dr. Graybill and his staff at Arlington Orthopedic Associates. Hands down, a great team. But, going into any hospital can be very intimidating, especially for the first time. Nope! Not at BOSHA. The ladies at the front checked us in very efficiently and with a smile every time. I can't remember all the names, but Chelsey, Mariella, Suzie, and my apologies for not remembering everyone's name. My IV's never hurt, hearing laughter, warm blankets, always asking if there were any questions, and always explaining what was going on are just a few compliments to pass along. There were lots of people taking great care of us. I felt like my wife and I were part of their families. I got calls before my visits, after the visits, and even cards in the mail. Dr. Graybill said they were the best of the best, and he was right. There was incredible organization, more incredible organization, teamwork, great skill levels, very forgiving (my bad memory), and a great environment as everyone was happy. Heck, they even put up with my strange sense of humor! Thank you Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital !!! (7 months ago)

Business office management is very poor. They give one person their work to do while they shop online all day. Treat their loyal employees terrible and wonder why they are losing them. CFO and revenue cycle managers are trash. (10 months ago)
