Worst experience ever.. doctor is clueless, Misdiagnosed my wife problem and She could be in life threatening situation if we had listened to him.. went there with my wife who had severe abdominal pain , after spending 5 hours and doing all necessary and unnecessary tests( ultrasound, CT scan, x-ray , ets......) he came and said she has very big ovarian mass (10 cm)and she can go home with pain medication and see her OBG in the morning and she will be fine ...I argue that she should be admitted to the hospital with this sever pain which cannot be controlled by pain medication and with such ovarian mass but he said no.. We Went to another hospital and once the doctor saw the ultrasound said it’s not a mass it’s a cyst which could rupture and cause a life threatening condition and she has to have a surgery right now .. to the clueless doctor if u don’t know how to diagnose a case either find another job or ask for another opinion, u can’t send people home with pain medication and hope they will be fine and then come and ask for money which I am sure will be outrageous (a month ago)

Not a fan at all. Their testing makes no sense, you ask questions and get smartass responses. They are not clear about their charges, you just get hit with a bill which also doesn’t make sense because they are so incredibly overpriced after doing unnecessary tests. I took my friend for the same issue to medical city instead a few months later and they were definitely better. (3 months ago)

I've NEVER been so appalled or disgusted in my life! It would be zero stars if I were able. All because of one nurse and one doctor. It would take far too long to type the list of grievances I have for those two. NEVER AGAIN will my family return and I will tell everyone I know our experience here. And now I'm sure I'll get the automated response from Baylor for bad reviews asking me to message them so they can continue to provide better care or whatever... 😒 Edited to add over a year later now; I did get that response from Baylor. I did contact them. I never got a response. They definitely care...... 🙄 (5 months ago)

The receptionist and nurses were so kind and helpful to my sons and I. One of my sons had mouth trauma from a trampoline accident. I drove to an emergency dentist (who never answered my phone calls or called back). The injury was significant so I went to Baylor ER in Keller. The receptionist knew that he needed a dentist immediately and called a nurse from the back. She also brought my family waters and an ice pack for my son. The nurse called several numbers for us and requested return phone calls to the ER. Another nurse heard what we were in for and came out to the reception area and told us to go to Cooks Children's Hospital. She helped with directions and promised us that there would be Doctors to help us there. Thank goodness because my son may not have his front teeth right now. Thank you to the staff at Baylor. We just moved to Keller from out of state and had no clue what to do. We are deeply grateful! (10 months ago)

I wish i could use some really foul language right now. The hospital stay was great. Then the bills came. Ok. I was paying on every bill. Then the bills stopped. I called baylor and they said i didn't owe anything. I just recieved a bill from a debt collector for the remaining balance. Thanks baylor it's been a pleasure. I WILL NEVER RETURN. (4 months ago)
