I've NEVER been so appalled or disgusted in my life! It would be zero stars if I were able. All because of one nurse and one doctor. It would take far too long to type the list of grievances I have for those two. NEVER AGAIN will my family return and I will tell everyone I know our experience here. And now I'm sure I'll get the automated response from Baylor for bad reviews asking me to message them so they can continue to provide better care or whatever... 😒 Edited to add over a year later now; I did get that response from Baylor. I did contact them. I never got a response. They definitely care...... 🙄 (a month ago)

I wish i could use some really foul language right now. The hospital stay was great. Then the bills came. Ok. I was paying on every bill. Then the bills stopped. I called baylor and they said i didn't owe anything. I just recieved a bill from a debt collector for the remaining balance. Thanks baylor it's been a pleasure. I WILL NEVER RETURN. (2 weeks ago)

The receptionist and nurses were so kind and helpful to my sons and I. One of my sons had mouth trauma from a trampoline accident. I drove to an emergency dentist (who never answered my phone calls or called back). The injury was significant so I went to Baylor ER in Keller. The receptionist knew that he needed a dentist immediately and called a nurse from the back. She also brought my family waters and an ice pack for my son. The nurse called several numbers for us and requested return phone calls to the ER. Another nurse heard what we were in for and came out to the reception area and told us to go to Cooks Children's Hospital. She helped with directions and promised us that there would be Doctors to help us there. Thank goodness because my son may not have his front teeth right now. Thank you to the staff at Baylor. We just moved to Keller from out of state and had no clue what to do. We are deeply grateful! (6 months ago)

If you have a choice, go anywhere else. Reasons for score: Slow response My daughter had an allergic reaction to peanuts and my wife took her to this hospital because it was closer than Cook Children’s. Allergic reactions to peanuts can be deadly but I was still able to leave work, drive 45 minutes across town, stop at a CVS to pick up Benadryl, and arrive at the hospital in time to give her the Benadryl myself before they had even begun treating her. We were the only people there and my daughter could have died because they were “getting the room ready.” Dirty room My wife didn’t have time to put shoes on my daughter when leaving the house to save her life. She was pacing the floor while we waited to be seen and the bottom of her feet were black by the end of our stay. Did not keep their word They told us to stay in the hospital room so they could check on her every 10 minutes. They came in every 45 minutes or so as her hives got worse before they got better. High charges A month later, after getting billed hundred of dollars individually from the doctor for monitoring her, we received a general bill just for being in the hospital for $1,200. $300 an hour just for somebody to come in every 45 minutes and tell us to stay there. Why? So they could charge us more? I don’t know because they won’t return my calls to explain. They don’t care about your experience I got a questionnaire in an email to ask about my experience and there was a phone number for questions. I called and left a voicemail for someone to call me back. I was never called back. Another month passed and now I see a bunch of nearly identical responses to negative reviews on social media, asking to follow a link so that “patient relations will reach out to address your concerns.” Before leaving a negative review, I tried the link and waited another month - no one responds. It seems the only purpose of their form response on social media is to make people think they care enough to actually follow up on bad experiences, but they won’t. (2 months ago)

I went in for pain from a car crash and was asked by the doctor what I wanted him to do for me, I’m not sure what is wrong with me other than the fact that I’m vomiting, have and still have a migraine, and have neck/ shoulder pain. You tell me doctor what I need to do Update: if you have any paperwork that you need to get filled out by the treating physician go elsewhere because they refuse to sign off horrible experience (a week ago)
