Great hospital. The nurses in the ER were awesome. So was the doctors. I got in and out in 1 hour. Very pleased with their services. (in the last week)

UPDATED review after being admitted:::::was admitted for observation and tests to rule out possible HEART condition. My admission on 3rd Floor was horrifying! Night shift nurse actually threw one of my medications in trash and after pointing out to her it was not in the cup...she finally looked in trash.. found it and actually gave it to me!...She also was using a rolling desk chair to walk, saying her hips were so bad it was the only way she could walk...beds were not changed for over 5 days...no bed table to eat on...no personal items, like tissue, lotion, water pitcher, etc... were given or even offered. Floors were dirty in room...even had blood on bed and floor. The list goes on....as far as inpatient care. Now on the other end of the spectrum, meaning ER, Heart Testing lab downstairs, even transport people, CNA's, and other shift nurses and personnel in daytime I would rate them 4 for most and HEART TESTING I would give a 5 star rating....also ER. BUT.... I would NEVER EVER be admitted to this hospital again! Administration NEEDS to access these issues.. especially night shift and hospital inpatient treatment and conditions.. NEVER leave your loved ones alone if admitted to this hospital! NOTE:. This review based on 6/5/2018 admission. (a month ago)

Total knee replacement. I have had such a positive experience, from Robbie and Courtney in patient relations to Dee in pre-op... anesthesiologist Richard.. O.R. Nurses ... recovery team, Jackie and Michelle who took care of pre-op prep along with an informative hour long class on what to expect and many others in the picture whose names I can't remember. Laurie from Horizon Home Health made sure I had what I needed at home and Ashley is phenomenal! Dr Jason is an amazing orthopedic surgeon and I am so thankful my Doctor (Baehr) recommended I go through him. The hospital is clean and the staff all seem to care and enjoy what they do. I hopenever to be back, but if I am.... this is where I will go. Oh.... and no I don’t work here, nor do I know anyone who works here. (a week ago)

Went to the ER. They were able to see us quickly. The ARNP who saw us seemed knowledgeable and ordered tests and meds quickly. We did have to wait a long time for one of the tests but the tech was very nice and apologetic. The people that were there acted like they actually cared about the patients they see, even if they don't. I read some of the bad reviews. It sounds like some people think this place is a restaurant instead of a hospital and think the nurses are maids. (a month ago)

Whoever is giving this hospital great reviews must either work here or knows someone. Do not come here to the ER if you need immediate help!!! Other than them being a little friendly, everything else sucked. My husband checked in and waited 23 minutes to get seen. We got here a little bit after 10 am on Sunday...only one person in front of us in the waiting room. Doctor came in and checked his leg which turns out to be sciatica...said she needed meds and I had to drive home. That was about an hour ago...it is now 11:52 am and We’re sitting here like what the hell. I asked a nurse guy at the desk about how long more it will take and he was like it depends on how crazy it is...let me tell you it’s not that crazy...almost everyone in the other rooms are waiting in pain or messed up as I passed by. I see why they are rated not so high. This was a terrible idea...we should have just drive to the VA clinic in Tampa side. We’ve been here for 2 hours now, this is worse than any military hospital and they normally take very long. (4 months ago)
