People in Montana must just be dumb or something. You go to reception to make an appointment right? But the receptionist says you need to talk to the nurse to make an appointment. But the nurse doesn't answer all day. Just give me a damn appointment when I call the first time! What are these people getting paid to do exactly? Because from the sounds of it, this is my dream job. Let me add that I almost died because they didn't find the gallstones for years that eventually blocked my liver and kidney ducts. Butte fixed their F - up so I'm still here today thankfully. They're lucky I don't want to deal with lawyers and fees. We really have to go to another state for competent help? Pathetic. (in the last week)

My recent patient experience at Barrett Hospital & HealthCare was superior and well above medical treatment standards. The professionalism, respect, care and attention I received from the doctors, on down the line, was sensational. Every Barrett employee presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. Although I felt lousy at the time, everyone worked so well together to methodically, accurately and rapidly diagnose my life-threating emergency. I am grateful beyond words for the expert, diligent and trustworthy care you gave me. I would like to share my heart felt gratitude and acknowledgement to the medical professionals... Doctors Kelly H. Smith and Lee A. Toman, Melanie Troftgruben, PA-C, Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiopulmonary, and the ER Nurses who provided me with unbelievable compassion. I also would like to express my appreciation to all the floor Nursing staff, CNA’s, and Nutritional Services representatives that frequently visited my room. Their attention to ensuring my well-being and recovery was exceptional. To all who tended to me, I hope this success story remains one of your rewards for the many hard hours of work each of you perform each day. Thank you again for safeguarding, and ultimately saving my life! Sincerely, Christie Trapp Ennis, MT (3 months ago)

Recently while traveling I required medical treatment, which turned into a 7 day hospital stay. To my good fortune I was in Dillon Mt. which has one of the best hospital facilities I have seen. Not only it the facility VERY modern with all the diagnostic tools available, but the staff were highly professional and caring (They never left the room without asking what else they could do for myself or my wife). While I would never wish anyone to have to be hospitalized, if you do need care this facility is Highly recommended. (2 years ago)

Great prenatal and postnatal care!!! Would recommend them to anyone! (a year ago)

They have no idea what their doing. I have to go to back to California to get care I need (2 years ago)
